My Uncle's Secret Obsession

" Uncle, please. I love singing. It's not about the band. I swear, I won't look at them. Please let me sing. " She pleaded holding his hand. He didn't acknowledge her crying or suffering. She clinged to his arm and continued to ask him to let her go.
" No. Nathalie! " He shouted. If it was any other day, she would have agreed upon his decision but not today.
" Please Uncle. Please let me go! " She cried looking at him.
" Let you go? " His eyes changed their colour from sapphire blue to grey. He looked lost in his own world and stared at her like she had asked him his life. He grabbed her hands painfully and pulled her closer, " You want to leave me? Leave me so that I die? I thought we were a family, Nathalie. If that's what you want then leave. And when you will come back, you will find my dead body in the house."
Nathalie stopped crying and didn't ask him more about the contest. She had hurt him, hurt his feelings. How could she be so selfish? She watched her Uncle's face, her only family member. She wouldn't want him dead. No! Never.

Nathalie has been living with her Uncle since 8 after her parents died. She has a very close relationship with him and he takes care of her every need. But there are simple rules for her to talk not to guys and have any friends.
