Chapter 68: Downfall

I ran as fast as I could, leaving him without looking back. I ran towards our building without noticing the other students who were busy walking too. I noticed that some of them were grade 10 too? I guess?...

Because well, it's a P.E. Day for our grade level and since it was still early, students' numbers right now are not that many so I believed that several students only saw us earlier.

And I am praying that they won't conclude any malicious ideas in their heads.

I am still running and not minding people around and I was about to approach our building when my forehead hit someone's… oh… someone's chest.

And it was hard and yeah uhm… familiar scent?

My head was still leaning on his chest and when I raised my eyesight on his neck up to the person's Adam's apple, his throat was swallowing hard.
