Chapter 7: First step outside.
Nate still has a lot to do.
First is to find a way to clean up the house, though he was not sure if he would be staying here, just in case, a situation turns out that he would have to come back and stay in the house, then he would not worry about the cleaning in the future.
and they were also Peter who need to be taken seriously care.
if anyone was to see Nate right now, they will not suspect that he is a zombie except for his white pale skin, they are nothing else about Nate that will make someone think of him as a zombie.
but the same could not be said of Peter, the line of the wound was too visible, in a current world where zombies are now roaming around in the streets, if they happen to meet someone in the future and they saw Peter now, they will out rightly think that he is a zombie which will course a big problem for him in the future.
of course, Nate was not planning to leave Peter to start roaming around like the other Lowe intelligence zombies.
they are no way he is letting his brother face such a thing, even though he was right now he is a zombie, Peter is still his brother.
Nate started by feeding Peter the rest of their mother's body, but it did not talk much for Peter to be filled.
Nate then started to clean up the house, by mopping the floor, and setting things in order.
then after that, he proceeded to stitch the area where Peter has a big line injury.
after about an hour of trying to stitch the wound together, Nate finally was done with his work.
Nate proceeds with taking a bath and doing the same to Peter.
it took Nate almost the rest of the day to prepare all this after that he also start to focus on something else.
'before I start my journey, I have to get a nice weapon ' Nate thought.
then setting different varieties of weapons on the table.
"Ahh garage..!" peter starts to make the sound of a zombie.
it was a bit disgusting because they were a little saliva coming out of his mouth.
'This is something I need to fix' Nate thought.
he know that if they were going out there, either to course chaos and mayhem in the streets or to pretend to be a normal human, it was still unknown to Nate.
going out will tell if they should behave like normal people or if they sound to let their zombie instinct lead the way.
Nate starts to observe the weapons.
laying on the table is most of the weapons Nate had used when fighting Chris.
they are the five daggers Nate had used in blinding one of Chris's eyes.
then they were also the axe, with a steel baseball bat that is silver in colour.
'From what I saw in the fight, Peter was the one with the axe, while I am with the knives' Nate put his hand on his chin.
'though Peter is not good to hold an axe, from the look of it, it seems like that's the only thing he could do with his low intelligence.
Nate decided to check on something he is yet to check before deciding who will take the axe.

Seeing this made Nate think twice about who to give the axe to.
From the looks of it, Peter was not the best when it comes to the strength aspects of it, his agility was good, which was one point higher than the strength attribute, but when it comes to the intelligence aspects, Peter was leaking lots at that aspect.
but this also means that Peter was the one that need the axe the most.
shooking his head, Nate's handed one of the knives to Peter and said.
" take"
but the latter did not stretch out his hand and kept on looking at Nate with his dead eye.
'how do I control this thing?' Nate asks no one in particular, not like Peter will be the one to reply to him.
but soon his problem was solved.
[Function keys]
"function keys?" Nate was confused, but he decided to check things out.
[Function keys]
[these are keys that will grant the host the power to command his horse member.
Note: the level of commands that could be given depends on the level of intelligence of the horde member]
The definition was simple, and Nate was able to understand it easily.
'this sounds cool'
if Nate has not seen anything impressive so far, then what he was seeing now was a lot cooler than ever.
he continued, by checking out the commands.

[Retreat key]
seeing all this, Nate was quick to get a grip on what they could do.
using the knife in his hand Nate looked at Peter directly in his white eyes.
[Defense key]
Nate called out and throw the knife at Peter that instant.
Nate knows that this was a huge risk he was talking about, but he has to check things out.
Even at that, Nate was careful about where he was aiming.
just when the knife was about to touch Peter, he raised his hand and nock the knife to the side.
The knife has deflected the knife to the side, for it to stuck on the wall.
seeing this, Nate could read the amount of strength in that knife, and he was amazed that Peter could do such a thing with just one point in the strength of strength.
"does this mean that the system analysis was wrong?" but whatever it may be, Nate has to focus on the next thing to do.
he now then took the axe and gave it to Peter, his greatest surprise was that Peter took the axe from his hand.
[Attack key]
Nate commanded, and Peter swung the axe at the table, Splitting it into two.
that's good.
With Nate done with Peter's choice of weapon, he now focused on his own.
taking the knives, Nate went to look for something.
following behind him is Peter.
"stay here" Nate commanded and kept moving forward, but Peter still followed.
'I think it will take some time for me to understand how this thing works ' Nate signed in disbelief.
soon he found what he was looking for.
'I think this will do for now.'
