Chapter 46: Secret S-rank Mission!?
Tsunade was sitting in her apartment, she had finally got back into the groove of healing people, Kakashi had been her first in a long time. She was drinking sake, it was the good stuff. She was going to drink all night but she heard a knock on the door. She walked over and opened the door, once the door was open there was a big man in the doorway.
"Choza?" She was surprised to see him at her door, "Please save my son! Without your help, he could never use the clan's techniques!" She didn't necessarily want to but she knew if she didn't she would only get harassed with it later. "Ok, lead me to him, I will see his condition."
She didn't know how bad it was she got to the hospital and in Choji's room then she knew how bad it was. It was disgusting to look at, even for her. It kind of looked like a chicken wing without the chicken, "Ok, I can try but I am not 100 percent sure I can do this." "We are willing to help," said a voice from the other side of the room.
Tsunade turned around to see Shikaku, "We can give you the Nara clan secret medical preparation manual." Tsunade nodded, she had heard of the book before and it was supposedly filled with amazing medical techniques. Choza thought he was going to cry, "Thank you so much Shikaku!"
The next day after getting everything ready Tsunade began, the main focus of this operation would be the tissue. There was almost none left at the moment so she would have to get the tissue from other parts of his body to attach it to his arms, this would make him much slimmer.
The main area the fat would have to come from was the ass, the gut, and thighs. Tsunade was doing the medical procedure surrounded by some of Konoha's finest medical shinobi, but of course, they all paled in comparison to Tsunade. The operation took almost a full 24 hours until it was ok to stop.
Tsunade stopped and walked out to Choza and Shikaku, "He is still in bad condition but with the watch and care of medical shinobi he will eventually get better, I doubt he could ever become a serious ninja again but it's a possibility." Shikaku then took his book and left, Tsunade also left.
In another part of Konoha, Sasuke was sitting on a tree, he was trying to adapt to the amount of chakra it took to keep active. Suddenly Kakashi appeared in front of Sasuke, "We need to talk." "About what?" asked Sasuke, "About Itachi, well strength in general."
Sasuke nodded and Kakashi continued, "I know you want to get stronger and defeat Itachi, I understand. But increasing power as fast as possible is not the right way to go, when I can I will train you one on one but until then be patient. After all who do you trust more, your sensei with a Sharingan or a snake who just wants your body?"
Sasuke nodded, "I will wait until then" "Good." Kakashi then left, during his conversation, he noticed there were 4 people watching, all jonin also pretty high-level ones at that. Kakashi knew he could probably take them on and win he didn't need to take the chance.
Kakashi summoned all of his dogs, "I want you guys to keep an eye on Sasuke, I will go report to Lord Hokage." "Will do!" his dogs then spread out keeping an eye on Sasuke. Kakashi went as fast as possible to report the sound ninja to the Hokage.
When Kakashi opened the door he saw Jiraiya looking through a purple orb laughing at what he saw, "Uh, hello." Jiraiya then hid the orb as if it was never there, "Kakashi, what do you need to report?" Kakashi also acted as if he saw nothing, "There are 4 high-level sound ninja, I believe they are headed towards Sasuke."
Jiraiya understood how serious this was and followed Kakashi to them. Once they arrived they saw all of them over Sasuke with their curse marks active. "Kakashi, let's fight them together, I will trap them and secure Sasuke."
Jiraiya jumped in there and used his toad mouth trap, it then absorbed Sasuke keeping him safe. Jiraiya was in front of the one with four arms and the one with two heads while Kakashi got the one with the flute and the fat one.
Noticing their opponent was the Hokage and Kakashi they went into curse mark two, Kakashi noticed that they could control this and wondered if Sasuke could do the same. Jiraiya enclosed the belly of the toad and trapped all of them other than the two-headed one who seemed to be the leader.
"No way, they captured them so easily!" Jiraiya laughed, "Only two people have ever escaped this jutsu alive, and let's just say they are much more powerful than you." Sakon grunted, "Multi-legged hurricane!" The jutsu was powerful but nothing to what the Hokage and Kakashi could do, in front of them they were weak.
Sakon was about to summon the Rashamon until the toad ate him completely. Kakashi went and retrieved the unconscious Sasuke, "What are we going to do with them?" Kakashi said referring to the sound ninja, "I will have them tortured then mind read, they might know the location of Orochimaru or at least some information."
Kakashi nodded, he was thinking the same thing. Kakashi took Sasuke to his house, he would be awake in the morning. Jiraiya delivered the sound ninja to Ibiki and Anko, hopefully, it wouldn't take too long before they got information back.
It took a week of torture and mind-reading until they finally got information about what the sound ninja knew, Jiraiya opened the folder of all the information they found. It was a gold mind! It had a ton of information about Orochimaru and some of his locations, even his current location!
After seeing this he called Kakashi in, Kakashi walked in and was in front of not only Jiraiya but also Tsunade. "After looking at the information we know where he is, the three of us will leave as soon as possible and attack. I have canceled all missions so we can keep as many ninjas here at once as possible. We will also leave through the mouth of a toad so nobody is alert of us leaving." Kakashi nodded, he had expected this, "Yes, Hokage."

Hey, I just got back and decided to write a chapter so yeah. The chapter is shorter than normal because I wanted to leave the rest for next time. The reason Jiraiya and Kakashi didn't fight was because of two things.
One, I don't believe they would if they didn't have to, they are both intelligent fighters. Two, the fight would have ended instantly, the sound four are not even close to their power.
