Chapter 9: Uchiha's Game Plan
In the Uchiha Police force headquarters,
Shisui and Itachi came to meet their clan head and Captain of Police force of Konoha.
Fugaku "What happen Shisui, Itachi?"
Shisui "I request you speak alone with us"
Fugaku "Alright"
The trio moved to a separate location were ears can catch what they are talking about.
Itachi started the conversation,
Itachi "Oto-san, when were are Re-locating who pushed that Uchiha to the outskirts?"
Fugaku "It was the Elders, mostly Danzo."
Shisui "Hmm"
Fugaku "What happened Shisui?"
Itachi "We are finding a way to reconnect to the village, but all that efforts are stopped by Danzo, even the Hokage is in the favor of the Uchiha, even the strict surveillance we are suffering now is put by the Danzo"
Shisui "If what you are saying is right, Danzo has a long term plan for the Uchiha"
Itachi nods
Fugaku "What are you even talking about"
Itachi "Sorry Oto-san we cant say it now, we will rather collect things properly and say it to you correct information in detail"
Fugaku "OK, be careful when you are doing stuff about that man, he is dangerous and have a significant power in the leaf"
Shisui "Hai"
Shisui and Itachi Shushined.
Shisui "I wonder if I can see that, Boy again"
Itachi "Do you mean Kaito Uzumaki?"
Shisui nodded "that boy knows too much for his age"
Itachi "You are right, even Sasuke is not that matured"
Shisui "It is not like that, we were as matured as him at that age, because of the war, we were pushed to mature soon enough, but it is not the case with Sasuke's Generation, that kid must have suffered a lot"
Itachi "We need a plan to stop the rift between Uchiha and Konoha, if the planed coup de become success, things will get more worse, even a war is possible"
Shisui "On the other hand, the suspicion castes on the Uchiha is unforgivable, on the first ninja war and second ninja war Uchiha were most contributors, all the Senju clan dropped death in the first ninja war, we were the root who nurtured Konoha, such clan does not deserve this treatment"
Itachi saw the boy training a dangerous Jutsu.
As soon as he entered the perimeter, he had chakra suppression activated.
The voice reached the ears of Itachi "It is futile even if you use Chakra suppression"
Shisui Smiled at Itachi, Surprised by the sensing abilities of seven year old boy.
Itachi "What Jutsu are you training here?"
Kaito "It's classified"
Shisui laughed as Itachi was rejected
Kaito "So, Nii-san's have come here, do you want any help"
Shisui "Boy we have come to know that, Danzo is the man behind those things"
Kaito "So what are you going to do?"
Itachi gave a worried expression, he was unable to take decision, he want the village to be safe, and dont like the clan oriented idealism ether.
Shisui "I will report to lord third"
Kaito "It's futile"
Itachi "What, how could you say ?"
Kaito "Even if you tell to Lord third, he will ask Danzo to stop those things, but as the time passes, Uchiha and Danzo are inevitable, to change things we must do stuff's from inside out"
Shisui "Kaito, I hate to say this but, you are mature than us, and also you are coming with rational ideas"
Kaito "I dont know, I am just born like that"
Itachi "Please continue"
Kaito "One of the important source of Danzo's power is rumors there were lot of Victims, the first one was White Fang, followed by the Fourth Hokage, the entire Uchiha Clan and finally the Jinchuriki's"
Itachi "How?"
Kaito "Itachi Nii-san, how could normal civilians know the mission that Sukumo Hatake went through?"
Shisui "No way"
Kaito "Details of the S-rank mission are not always wide spread-ed, the normal Civilians knew the White Fang failed, he committed Suicide and the reason behind it was he was the potential Hokage candidate, Second Minato Namikaze, he was thoroughly opposed only by the civilians not Ninja's for being too young for the seat of the Hokage, Third the natural disaster of the Nine tails, the Uchiha are framed for it, and people accepted it readily and finally the leakage of Jinchuriki status, me and my brother were treated as incarnation of the nine tails itself we were hated and we have to starve for food"
Shisui "Wow, that man, he is really dangerous as captain said"
Kaito thought "Is it Fugaku?"
Itachi "You didnt say the plan"
Kaito sighed "there are not so many ways to do this, our goal is to avoid the Uchiha falling apart the leaf, so for that
1. Elimination of Danzo is important.
He has a great desire for sharingan's he wont leave until your clan get's massacred.
Shisui and Itachi sweat dropped.
2. Uchiha must strengthen bonds,
all the clan Hidden jutsu are having a copy under the roots foundation, you must take all of it and give it to the respective clans, if you do that and expose the truth.
Danzo's position will weaken,
All the clan's support will come for the Uchiha,
Uchiha clan will seem to be trustable again.
Itachi "It's like Killing two hare with the single arrow"
Shisui "Exactly, I think Kaito is more suited for Business and Politics"
Kaito thoughts "I studied those from a young age in previous life, he got it right"
3. Uchiha police force must not be harsh in treatment, if they help civilians, Uchiha could become more powerful clan in terms of influence.
4. Request a long term mission from the Hokage, suited for the Uchiha's to regain the power.
It will greatly strengthen bonds, you have lost and lastly dont die, you are the only hope of Uchiha's right now, even if one of you is dead, there is no hope.
Itachi "Your Ideas are amazing, then we must eliminate the bug's existence as soon as possible"
Kaito "Do the second step first, weaken his position first, and eliminate him, I know that, I dont have right to say you things, I am sorry if I have crossed the line"
Shisui patted Kaito's shoulder "Since you did so much to our clan, we have to treat you like our savior, you should call me Nii-san"
Itachi "Me too"
Kaito "Alright Nii-san, let's meet again after some time"
Kaito shushined to his home.
Shisui "He is awesome, no matter how much I see him, I think he is a Hokage material in the future"
Itachi thoughts "He is good for his age, Sasuke you must make him as your Ally, he is dangerous if he is a opponent and that Jutsu, it is powerful, than Kakashi Senpai's Chidori"
Itachi touched the tree's hole and and tried to think what kind of jutsu Kaito used.
Shisui "We cant do all my yourself Itachi we need dependable Ally"
Itachi "Yes, we cant risk the name of uchiha once again, knowing the current affairs"
