Chapter 11: A day off...
Sora looked at the bright sky lying on his back in the green meadow. Sora is a training freak but he usually takes some breaks during his intense training. After all, only by combining training and rest can it yield the best result.
While lying down enjoying this fine day. Sora heard a burst of footsteps coming rapidly towards him. Sora opened his eyes and looked at the cute girl running towards him.
Today, Sora was invited by his classmates to come and play. Sora is not a loner, he knows that living in a society, one must maintain a basic relationship with each other. So, while Sora often spends time alone training, he also maintained a good relationship with his classmates.
So, when he was invited to his day off training, Sora agreed after a moment of thought. So, Sora and his classmates came to the nearby playground.
"Oh. Sora you are here too," said Kurenai looking at the white-haired boy in front of her.
"I came here to rest for a bit. It's quite surprising to see you here. "said Sora. Sora chose to come to a remote area to take a rest as Guy and others were being way too noisy.
"Eh.. . Yes, I was just taking a walk and happened to see you here so here I am." lied Kurenai but she couldn't keep a straight face so she kept looking at her shoes, finding it very interesting at this moment.
( I can't tell that I did not see you in the field and searched for you.) thought Kurenai.
Kurenai was talking to a few girls when she noticed that Sora was missing. So, she quickly swept away from the group of girls and looked for Sora.
(But thinking like this, why does it seem I care about him. Nonono I was just worried about him being lost. It's not like I am trying to spend some time with him, and jealous about those fangirls surrounding Sora all the time" the more Kurenai thought about those girls who are always hogging Sora she could not help but be angrier and angrier.
Sora is very popular in school. The handsome face of Sora was already enchanting enough but his powerful strength made the girls crazy about him in school. The combination of a handsome face, gentle personality has led to Sora being constantly surrounded by girls.
Sora looked at them constantly changing the reaction of the girl from blushing to angry and was quite amused by it.
"I have had enough rest let's go to others," said Sora while standing up and patting the dust in his clothes.
"oh... okay. let's go" said Kurenai with a lost face.
(Ugh. I could not talk to Sora anymore. Ha.. let it be there are always other opportunities.) thought Kurenai while rushing to the group.
Soon, both of them headed back to the group. In the group, there were several classmates. Guy was running around in his green suit and yelling about youth. While Asuma, Ebisu, Hayate, and another bunch of classmates were huddled around each other.
Sora looked at the boys and went towards them. Looking at the incoming Sora and Kurenai, Asuma could not help but yell "Where were you Sora? We have been waiting for a long time"
Asuma liked Kurenai since the entrance ceremony and seeing Kurenai being chummy with the hateful Sora, made Asuma quite angry.
Looking at the frantic face of Asuma, Sora replied already used to the hostile Asuma "I was just taking a walk. Why were you waiting for me?"
Asuma quickly said with a fire burning in his eyes called revenge "Have a spar with me. I am not like what I was before. I have learned new Jutsu and today will be the day of your defeat."
Looking at the pump Asuma, Guy also ran over and said" That's the spirit. Let the power of youth explode."
" Come on Sora. Are you afraid that I will beat you" Asuma quickly provoked like a third-rate villain in a movie?
"Ok then. Let's do this quick I have a job this evening," said Sora agreeing because it will be troublesome to let these two guys give up.
Soon both came to the middle of the field with a group of boys.
The girls looked at the group of boys leaving. After learning about the spar, they also joined the fun. Anyway being a melon eater is always fun.
Both Asuma and Sora quickly took the fighting stance. With Guy being the referee, the battle quickly started.
As Sora said before, Sora quickly wanted to finish the match so, instead of waiting for Asuma to release Jutsu, he quickly turned into a blur and already struck Asuma with lightning-fast speed not giving Asuma any time to react.
"Give up" said Sora with his hand in the neck of Asuma.
Asuma faltered a bit. While Asuma wanted to complain, he also did not like to be a sore loser in front of his crush, not even wanting to admit his loss. So, Asuma just gave up while brooding about the fact he could not even weave handsigns to release his newly learned jutsu.
After the fight, There was no other such interruption. Everyone just chilled and talked for a bit except for the burning mass of energy called Might guy who was constantly training. So, After a while everyone bade farewell to each other.
After saying goodbye to others, Sora also went to Ichiraku ramen to work and he continued his daily routine thereafter.
