Sasuke was utterly taken aback upon witnessing the remarkable potency of his ninjutsu and couldn't help but blurt out in astonishment, "The sheer might of this 'Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique' seems to exceed what I wielded yesterday by almost two to three times."
Watching the astonishment play across Sasuke's features, Jugram couldn't help but smile as he spoke, "I'll save the detailed explanation for another occasion. Right now, I just wanted to give you a heads-up so you can assess your current abilities. Furthermore, there are other perks to improving the quality of your chakra, which you'll discover down the road."
Sasuke nodded in agreement upon hearing this revelation. Already, a sense of gratitude welled up within him towards Jugram. After all, it had only been one day since he joined Jugram, yet Sasuke found himself amazed by the significant increase in his strength, now two or three times greater than before. With optimism burning in his heart, Sasuke firmly believed that under Jugram's guidance, he would continue to grow even stronger at an accelerated pace.
Sasuke was abruptly pulled from his thoughts by Jugram's voice cutting through the silence. Jugram spoke, "Now watch me carefully."
With those words, Jugram proceeded to demonstrate his abilities, crafting swords, bows, and arrows out of his chakra before Sasuke's eyes. Then, in a display of astonishing skill, he effortlessly launched himself into the air, where he remained suspended as if defying gravity. Sasuke's astonishment was palpable, as he had never before witnessed anyone achieve such a feat of flight.
Jugram gracefully descended to the ground and addressed Sasuke, saying, "What you have just observed requires an extraordinary level of chakra control, a skill that you currently lack. Furthermore, if you aspire to master the power of your ability, 'The Heat,' you will need to develop exceptional chakra control; otherwise, you will find it unattainable."
"What do you mean by 'developing exceptional chakra control' exactly?" inquired Sasuke, seeking clarification.
"Allow me to demonstrate," responded Jugram. With a calm demeanor, he positioned himself beneath a nearby tree and proceeded to walk along the trunk, defying gravity as if it were a horizontal surface. His movements were steady and deliberate, showing no signs of imbalance. Continuing his display, Jugram then pressed his hand against the trunk, effortlessly adhering perpendicular to the tree as if gravity had no effect on him whatsoever.
After showcasing this remarkable feat, Jugram gracefully descended from the tree and turned to Sasuke. "What you've just seen isn't a mere trick," he explained, "but rather a manifestation of my profound mastery over chakra. It feels as effortless to me as walking on solid ground. Hence, the initial lesson I intend to impart to you focuses on mastering chakra control. Only after achieving proficiency in this aspect can you advance to training in other areas."
After attentively absorbing Jugram's instructions, Sasuke nodded in agreement, displaying his readiness to learn. Jugram proceeded to hand him a scroll, remarking, "Before delving into chakra control training, it's essential to master this particular ninjutsu first. It's known as the 'Shadow Clone Jutsu'."
Receiving the scroll from Jugram's outstretched hand, Sasuke inquired, "I've already attained mastery in the 'Clone Technique'. How does this 'Shadow Clone Jutsu' differ from the technique I already know?"
Jugram elaborated, "Your proficiency in the 'Clone Technique' will undoubtedly ease your journey toward mastering the 'Shadow Clone Jutsu'." He continued, "One of the main reasons I emphasize mastering the 'Shadow Clone Jutsu' is because it acts as an additional body for you. In the event that a shadow clone is destroyed, you retain the memories it acquired prior to its demise. This implies that if your shadow clone practices ninjutsu A while you focus on mastering ninjutsu B, upon dispelling the shadow clone, you will have acquired proficiency in both ninjutsu A and ninjutsu B, thus saving a significant amount of your time."
Hearing this, Sasuke said in confusion, "This is akin to cheating. So why isn't this technique taught to most of the ninjas? It would help the village become stronger."
"You're right. This jutsu is like cheating, but every coin has two sides. Similarly, this jutsu also has a significant side effect. Not only are the results of the practice transferred to you, but also the fatigue and pain from the injuries are transferred to your main body.
