The air grew heavy with tension, and the scent of gunpowder tainted the night, blending with the faint aroma of frangipani carried on the gentle breeze.
Perched atop an abandoned building, a clandestine group of men clad in sleek black suits and polished glasses took refuge.
Gripping pistols tightly in their hands, they huddled against the crumbling walls. The moonlight cast an ethereal glow on their faces as they peered cautiously into the darkness, sporadically unleashing volleys of bullets in opposing directions, engaging in a nocturnal dance of gunfire.
A young man, seemingly in his early twenties, with jet-black hair cascading down his shoulders and tied back, sought shelter behind a luxurious crimson car.
The vehicle, once a symbol of opulence, now bore the scars of countless bullet impacts, its battered metal bearing witness to the heart-wrenching battle. Leaning against it, the young man exuded an air of unwavering determination.
"We can't hold out much longer, young master!" one of the black-clad men gasped, his voice strained. Beads of sweat formed on their brows, their nerves fraying under the relentless onslaught.
But the young man's unwavering gaze met theirs, and with a calm yet resolute voice, he replied, "Yes, we can. Steady your hands, focus your breath, and pull the trigger."
A low groan pierced the air as the young man squeezed the trigger, deftly maneuvering the gaps between the car's windows.
The enemy's agony echoed through the night, serving as a testament to his unwavering accuracy. Another gunshot rang out, silencing yet another foe, his life extinguished by a bullet guided by the young man's steady hand.
"Truly remarkable, young master!" praised his loyal subordinates, their admiration evident. "You are the epitome of the mafia family's future!"
The young man merely scoffed, paying little heed to their compliments. His focus abruptly shifted to a looming figure at the center, accompanied by the jarring clang of iron meeting iron.
"Hehehe! You foolish rabble, prepare to face my beloved machine gun!" The figure emerged from the shadows, encased in formidable knight armor, a massive weapon cradled in his arms. Only his eyes, gleaming with a sinister glint, were visible through the narrow slit of his helmet.
"Protect yourselves!" The young man's command sliced through the chaos, urging his comrades to seek cover.
In response, the knighted adversary unleashed a hailstorm of bullets, the metallic symphony of clashing projectiles resounding throughout the battlefield. The onslaught hammered against the fortified walls of the abandoned buildings and the once-pristine car, releasing an ear-splitting crescendo.
Amidst the chaos, the young man on the ground caught sight of the enemy's heavy boots gradually approaching.
An expression of grim determination contorted his face, for the tides had turned with a single man donning impenetrable armor. The car, his sole shield, trembled under the relentless barrage, a faint scent of singed metal permeating the air.
"Take up your heavy artillery! Upon my command, focus your aim on that knight!" The young man carefully set down his pistol and retrieved a compact Uzi from his pocket, its sleek design gleaming under the moon's pale illumination.
In his other pocket nestled a small grenade, but uncertainty flickered in his eyes. "This is our final opportunity," he mused, the weight of his decision weighing heavily on his soul.
Rising cautiously, he peered through the car's shattered windows, glimpsing the armored figure as it trained its machine gun on another part of the building.
"Hahaha! Come out, you rats! Have the vaunted members of the number one mafia family suddenly lost their mettle?!" taunted the knight, expending a barrage of empty shells that clattered harmlessly to the ground.
Simultaneously, a multitude of shadows materialized behind him, finding secure vantage points and aiming their weapons at the young man's remaining subordinates.
With clenched fists and a swift calculation of the worst-case scenario, the young man braced himself. Slowly, he elevated his body, exposing half of himself to the enemy from his refuge behind the car.
"Fire!" he bellowed, unleashing a unified barrage of gunfire, a defiant declaration of their indomitable spirit.

I aim to introduce the world of Naruto to my main character. However, if you're expecting an extremely powerful main character right from the beginning, this may not be the right story for you.
I decided to create this fanfic after being inspired by Boruto's time-travel adventure to his father's past. There is a possibility that this fanfic will continue into Boruto's era. As for the plotline, I have it planned out, but I cannot provide a definite release schedule at this time.
I am fully aware that some authors do not complete their stories, but I want to assure you that this story may have around 200-500 chapters in the future.
