Great Martial Artist : for ex/ indra, ashura, madara, hashirama.
Martial God : the later stages of Monster Garou is here.
God: for ex/ Cosmic Garou or Saitama

his Skills that has effects on his body permanently or even martial arts for example something like breathing techniques from demon slayer or Hamon that has permanent effects on his body, regeneration ... etc . the levels will be something simple like Romanian numbers as i don't want to complicate things too much .
