I fear that many people won't like this chapter but after reading so many "op mc" fanfics where the mc isn't that strong I wanted to write one myself.

The final session of the day was now starting. The system instructed that he should head to the gym area. The gym was massive and it seemed like there was some sort of machine for every exercise you could do.
[Your routine in the gym will be the simple PPL method. It means that you do either push, pull or leg exercises every day.]
'Sounds good I've done this even in my previous life.'
[Today you start with push exercises. The weights automatically adjust to the perfect amount for you. Let's start with 10 reps of the standard bench press.]

Since then 22 years have passed. He had long since started using the Kage Bunshin training method and all non-physical work has been passed down to his clones. Most of the clones were assigned to chakra control his massively expanding chakra pool. They started with exercises like tree walking and water walking but later moved on to more difficult ones like waterfall walking and change in chakra form. The change in chakra form was practiced by mastering the rasengan first with one hand, then altering its density to do more damage and changing the size of it from big to small. The final control exercise he had done was creating the Strength of a Hundred Seal. In the exercise he had to separate a small portion of his chakra at all times and pump into it the spot reserved for the seal on his forehead, even while sleeping.
He had found out that his elemental affinities were wind and water so those were the two elements he mastered the most jutsu in. He still had to practice all kinds of different techniques even if he wouldn't use them so he could teach them to his students in the future. Elemental and non-elemental ninjutsu, genjutsu, different taijutsu styles, fuinjutsu. What surprised him was that he had a knack for medical ninjutsu and taijutsu, it looked like he would become a Tsunade type fighter only incomparably stronger. And then there was this.

'This status couldn't look any better. Although there is something I've noticed since my Observation Haki has reached such a high level and that is the surprisingly high amount of natural energy in this mountain range and the life forces on the top of the tallest mountain. I should find out what the deal with that is later, maybe I could even become a sage.'
The physical strength he could muster was simply out of this world. Garp's super strength along with his advanced forms of both Armament and Conqueror's haki enhanced with perfectly controlled chakra. He felt that mountains would be sent flying with just regular jabs. The resistance seals of the system had also done their job perfectly. With just his base form he could go at speeds far surpassing the Raikages. After fusing the speed of the Soru with the versatility and ability to change directions of the Shunsin he had created a movement technique far superior to both of them. Normal people would find it impossible to control this technique due to tunnel vision and the strain it puts on the legs but it's perfect for someone like me.
His combat practice had come through avatars created by the system. Any characters he knew from the Narutoverse could be battled through these avatars to gain combat experience and understanding of his own strength. He hadn't been able to defeat any Otsutsuki level characters until he awakened his Door Fruit. The awakening was completely ridiculous. Shibai didn't even have to enter the door by himself anymore and could enter his dimension to escape or teleport close to the enemy instantaneously. That basically means he couldn't be beaten anymore, he might lack sufficient firepower to kill the enemy but with his future sight and the Door Dimension he could always escape no matter what. With this he had managed to defeat the Momoshiki avatar but no matter what attack he threw at Isshiki he couldn't do enough damage to fatally injure him.
'Perhaps what I lack is control of the natural energy of this world. I guess I shouldn't be too worried about the Otsutsuki invading since I have around a hundred years to prepare for them. Maybe I could even suck this entire planet inside my Door Dimension. No! That sounds completely ridiculous. Spending two decades here must have messed with my mind and I have begun to think like a cultivator.'
Suddenly he felt someone strong appear on top of the tallest mountain through his Observation Haki.
'I wonder who this is, compared to the other life forces up there this one is different. He is clearly human. This mountain range may be home to one of the three unexplored sage regions.
'Hey system, you don't mind if I go up there to check it out? I'd hate to fail my mission and die now that I've come so far.'
[I don't mind. In fact this place you reincarnated into was specifically chosen with that place in mind, so go ahead.]
'The person that just appeared up there… could it be? Well let's go find out I'm dying for some exploration after being cooped up in this small area for so long and without anyone to talk to. Nothing personal system, it's just that I would like some more human company.'

Shibai stopped in front of a full body mirror in his cozy wooden hut and checked himself out. He didn't want to look bad for the first interaction in this world. Time had done wonders to his figure. He was tall and lean, his muscles packing incredible strength hidden under his shihakushō. Up top there was luscious black hair reaching his upper back with the typical pale green kenseikan making him look noble. He was extremely handsome due to his symmetrical face, sharp and strong jawline, prominent high cheekbones, clear skin with a rhombus-like purple marking on his forehead and hunter eyes which made him appear very dominant. Even if he was to be the most despicable human being some people would still turn a blind eye to that because he was that handsome.
'Even if I want to pretend to be a buddhist monk that has cleared his mind of all distractions the fact still remains that I haven't touched a woman in over two decades. Give me a break of course I would have some urges!'
After taking a moment to check out his appearance he sealed the last things he would need inside a storage tattoo on his forearm and headed out.
'It's finally time for some adventure! Even though this world is brutal, with my strength I can fully take my time to appreciate everything around me without consequences. Let's go!'
