Madara at this point in time did not have any use of Obito and thought that this is the right time to act.
Thus he gave Black Zetsu who was lurking around a signal to initiate a plan. While others were wondering how to take care of Madara and Obito together. A black substance started to cover Obito's body.
Everyone was stunned and surprised but Jin and Madara was the only one who knew what was happening here.
Jin was not planning to interfere here because he knew that handling one powerful but yet killable Madara will be easier than fighting Obito and an unkillable Madara at the same time.
Especially when he only has one bottle to perform Evil Containment Wave.
"Madara, what is the meaning of this" Obito shouted and ask Madara.
Madara then went on explaining the entire thing to Obito and others about his entire plan and how he ended up fooling everyone.
By the end of the story, everyone else besides Jin was stunned and shocked while Jin himself was yawning.
Madara then took out the ten tails from Obito but before he also ended up using the Rinnegan which Obito had to revive himself.
Madara in the canon after reviving and betraying Obito, ended up taking control of the Ten-Tails and ended up collecting all the other tail beasts.
Jin though did not plan to let Madara do that this time around. Now that the Madara is killable able he plans to act directly and kill him first.
So he was the first one to strike and appear near Madara.
Madara who just got his one Rinnegan back from Obito, saw Jin coming towards him and he too wanted to fight with Jin and thus he too rush towards Jin.
All the kages saw this and were inevitably excited about this fight. They already knew that even after not using any Ninjutsu, Jin is the strongest one among them. And he might be the only one who can defeat Madara.
Both Jin and Madara with his one Rinnegan eye collided. The power was apparent. For the first time, Jin was getting a direct match in his physical strength.
Both of them did not use their full power at the start. Both were only focusing on Taijutsu and even Madara had to say that Jin was really good at Taijutsu alone.
Looking at the fight between Jin and Madara. Other Kages also understood how powerful Jin really was. He was handling Madara without much trouble. But yet they knew that both of them are just playing and the real battle have not started yet.
They also knew that they also have to help Jin fight with Madara. They first have seen how terrible Obito was and Madara was able to deceive and control him.
By this time, Naruto and Sasuke's fight was also coming to an end. There is so much chakra that both of them push out after getting exhausted.
But Once Sasuke get exhausted Naruto have the advantage because his Stamina will recover much faster than Sasuke.
Both of them were pretty equal right now in terms of power but Naruto might be a little big stronger in his KCM 2 mode. But again he was holding back so as not to hurt Sasuke.
Sasuke on the other hand did not have any reservations about holding back his power. He did not particularly care about killing Naruto.
Even though both of them are exhausted. Both of them did not stop and kept on exchanging blows.

The scenario was very similar to the last fight between Naruto and Sasuke in the Valley of the End.
Jin just hoped that both of them don't lose their hands this time around.
But he had his own trouble to think about. Madara like a madman was fighting with him. Although both of them were just playing with each other and testing each other's power still he can't underestimate Madara Uchiha of all people.
"I believe that this is enough playing around." Madara mocked and started to insert his true power.
He directly summons his blue Susanoo. Jin quickly dodge back and took out his staff.
While seeing Susanoo's blade coming towards him. Jin used his staff and stopped the blade coming towards him.
At this even Madara was surprised to see that Jin is strong enough to stop that blow and more surprised that the staff in his hand could even handle the blow from Susanoo.
This fight continued and other Kages also ended up joining the battle.
Tsunade just like in the anime, punch the Susanoo and crack it. jiraiya in his sage mode was able to push back Madara with a giant Rasengan.
Other Kages also ended up putting pressure on Madara. This time around Madara did not have the unlimited chakra which he had previously in the edo tensei technique.
And although he had one Rinnegan, it was still not enough in front of the combined effort of Multiple Kage-level shinobi.
Jin, Tsunade, Jiraiya, Hiruzen, Guy, Kakashi, Raikage, Terumi Mei, Onoki and Gaara were giving a good fight to Madara.
Madara just like in the anime decided to throw a meteor at them. But this time around he had to make some distance because otherwise he might also die in that impact.
People saw this attack and dismay was apparent in their eyes.
Jin thought did not give any time for that meteor to come down and ended up extending his staff.
In front of all the Kages and Madara, Jin staff enlarged and directly went towards the upcoming meteor.
In just a few seconds the staff was able to enlarge so much that it completely overshadow the shinju tree which stood there some time ago.
And the staff was so strong that it did not only block the first meteor but also the second meteor which Madara send just like in the anime.
"Amazing, what is that staff made out of" Hiruzen muttered to himself. As a staff user himself he fully understands how amazing of a weapon that is.
"Awesome, nice going Jin" Jiraiya looked towards Jin and show a thumps up and Guy was the same but he was rather talking about youth.
