Chapter 1: Chapter 1 plot
It is a general rule of life that the path to mastery is through pain, sometimes you cannot bear the pain and you "DIE" but sometimes you endure the pain and you are "STRENGTHENED".
In a place where there was no time, the transparent soul was wandering around and thought to itself, "what is this place, the last thing I remember was a truck coming towards me".
In the space where there was no time, earthquakes began to occur, and the soul suddenly became frightened and agitated.
"what is going on here, what made this place shake so much?" the spirit asked, but no words came out of his mouth.
"hmm you weren't supposed to be here, how did you manage to escape from the reincarnation river little soul" said the god.
the spirit turned around and saw a tall muscular yet hairless being with blond hair and only a glow where his eyes should have been.
The spirit tried to speak but no sound came out. the sentence it was trying to say was 'please tell me where I am'.
"hmm I guess the god who controls the river of reincarnation is slacking off again, apparently my last punishment didn't satisfy him" said the god.
the spirit spoke again in his mind 'hey yellow being give me an answer where am I' said the spirit.
The god finally looked at the soul and replied "don't you remember? You are dead".
The spirit became agitated and immediately tried to move away from the entity "where do you think you are going spirit if you move any further you will be erased from the universe" the god said
the spirit stopped as if it were a block of ice 'what should I do then, get back into the reincarnation thingy?' the spirit asked
"I haven't seen such a good joke in years, I'm sorry little soul but we can't let you into the river of reincarnation anymore, your soul has been wandering here for almost 10,000 years" the god laughed in amusement.
'then what am I going to do, I don't want to be erased' the spirit said in his mind, getting even more agitated.
The god put his hand on his chin and mumbled something.
The god snapped his fingers and the soul took the appearance it had before it died and there were two chairs and a table in front of it. On the table were 2 cups of tea, a pen and a piece of paper.
The god sat in his chair and said "please sit down little soul" to the man who was now in his pre-death appearance.
The man sat in the chair "little soul I have an offer for you but it will be a very difficult offer so I will give you time to think about it" said the god.
The man just nodded his head without speaking "little soul first of all you can't go back to your old world anymore because 10 billion years have passed and time works very differently here but I can send you to heaven where you can live happily ever after" said the god.
"Or of course you can make a deal with me and I will send you to another world" said the god smiling and handing a piece of paper in front of the man.
"Could it be any world, for example an anime world?" the man asked, scratching the back of his head.
"Yes, it could be any world," the god replies, keeping his smile.

reincarnation contract
1) the contractor has the right to spin the wheel 3 times, but there is a restriction (for example, if he gains saiyan powers, he can only use 1% of his powers until a certain age)
2) The world the contractor goes to will be completely random. If he/she wants to make a choice, the contractor will only be allowed to spin the wheel 2 times.
3) If the contractor dies as a baby in the world the contractor will go to, he/she can come back to life in a different body, but this is only valid until the age of 5. (All abilities acquired until the age of 5 are transferred to the new body the contractor will pass to)
4) If the contractor dies of old age, this meeting is held again.
5) If the contractor dies and comes back for the 5th time in a different world, he will be sent to a different world with a special mission by the person who made the contract.
6) the contractor can remember everything (he will have photographic memory)
7) the contractor can only wish for 1 wish and cannot wish for anything else (more wheel rights, the world of his choice, etc.).
After reading the contract the man speaks up saying "I need some time to think about it, if you don't mind".
the god responds with an understanding "that's understandable" the entity snaps its fingers again and creates an Italian leather designed armchair for the man "you can sit here while you think I have some work to do and you have 3 hours until I come back" the god snaps its fingers again and an hourglass appears on the table in front of the man "make your choice well"
The man sits in the leather armchair with the contract paper in his hand.
-the man's point of view-
"this being has me completely cornered, if I choose heaven, I'm absolutely sure I'm going to be bored, yes, it's definitely going to be fun at first, but then ahh what the hell am I going to do"
"in times like these I wish I was smarter, but wait a second if I choose a different world I will have a lot of luck"
a few hours later the being came back.
"Have you made your choice, little spirit?" the god asked.
"yes I made my choice send me to another world I want to spin the wheel 2 times and in return I want the world to be naruto world and I want you to make me naruto's twin brother I want to use my 1 wish for that"
"but I'd like to make a request, first send me into the world as an uchiha child, and when itachi kills me, let me be reborn as naruto's twin brother"
-3rd point of view-
The god thought for a few seconds and then said "ok I agree, as a condition Naruto's twin brother will be in a coma until you die, weak and powerless" said the being.
The man smiled "thank you" said the man.
Then the god smiled "that's a really interesting choice let's see" the being snapped his fingers and 2 cogs appeared in front of him. The being spoke again "turn them and let's see their power" said the god.
The man went to the 1st wheel and turned it "goddess of luck I hope you keep an eye on me today may luck be with me" he said and waited.
As the wheel started to slow down, the writings started to appear (flame of hell), (holy skill: chains of heaven), (extra skill: puppeteer's hands).
"please my goddess give me your power" said the man and the wheel stopped.
(evil art: gluttony [the ability will not be activated until you are 4 years old]).
The man was already shedding tears of joy saying to himself "even this talent will be enough for me".
Then he turned his head to the 2nd wheel and turned it "please Goddess of luck, I know I can't have good luck for the 2nd time but I hope something good will come again" and waited.
The wheel started to slow down, the man closed his eyes and heard a ding which meant that the wheel had stopped.
when the man opened his eyes he was even more happy (one piece: all khakis [the ability can only be unlocked by training at the age of 12 at the earliest])
the entity nodded and snapped its fingers again "since you have all the powers, I will see you again after your death" the entity said
"See you soon, yellow-haired being," the man said, waving his hand.
Suddenly the man's body was in extreme pain, as if his bones were melting, and he thought to himself, "What's going on, he never told me it was going to hurt this much."
The god then put his hand on his chin and said, "I forgot to tell him that he will be in extreme pain as he transitions into his infant state, so I hope you don't mind," and went back
