Nero looked at the Statistics and understood from it. That he is just average ... where the race is stronger he is weaker but stronger than the expensive half. However, with proper training, it can get the best out of this hybrid.
However, he was more accepted by the new titles ... a hybrid ... As Ronan said. nero had to save Hele ... And this tells us what period he is in. And that he has plenty of time to develop.
