Chapter 2: Definitely peaceful viltrumite

As a pureblood Viltrumite, I didn't worry about getting sick or starving to death during the years I spent isolated on the planet. Hunting safely at sea and finding a cave to live in on the land, I quickly adjusted. Not the most comfortable place, but I recovered thanks to this particular planet.

Apparently, my body was damaged in some way, as I felt periodic pain when moving and sometimes spasms and headaches for the first days on the planet, but after a couple of months on the planet after arriving, I recovered completely to the peak and even became stronger. After I became healthy, I did not stop sleeping and eating, not because my body required it, but because I wanted it. Old habits were hard to forget, and the idea of relaxing on a stone and relaxing under the breath of the sea wind was very tempting.

However, I did not waste my free time and training, researching my body from scratch.

After researching my strength to know the limits of my body, I quickly found that I could fly faster than sound with no problem at the surface of the planet, but when I went faster...

Well.

There were two continents on the planet, I said. Now there are 3 of them. The second one is split in half and buried in the middle under the water column, and now I know for sure that on the surface of the planet, one should not approach the speed of light.

The days of idleness continued and I was ready to consider continuing to travel in space with renewed vigor when one day something happened that I did not expect.

There was a rumble in the sky. The rumble was like a flame roaring all over the sky, but when I looked into the sky, I did not see anything. The rumble moved away and disappeared, but already on my feet, I was in full combat readiness.

Like Hellmuth, I would have simply thought it was the random sounds of a strange planet where the trees were covered with blood, but with the memory of a viltrumite, I quickly matched the sounds with something that drove me into ecstasy.

Sounds like a spaceship engine. Judging by the sound, the ship headed towards the mainland, which was in the dark side of the planet, and which I also destroyed. Grabbing the dried fish, I immediately began to swallow it, replenishing my energy reserves in case I had to chase the ship through space, and knowing my strength, I could do it.

Having managed in a couple of seconds, chewing the last one, I immediately pushed off the ground, creating an explosion that formed a crater, and rushed into the sky with my arms extended forward and clenching my fists. Having overcome the sound barrier with a pop, I slowed down, trying not to repeat the mistake, and soon reached the torn mainland, in the middle of which there was a giant moat that divided the mainland into two.

Vigilantly observing, I continued to squint in search of the ship, but no matter how much I searched with my eyes, I could not find it only by a thin sound, which became even quieter.

Flying back and forth, I played the hot-cold game until I finally found the location of the ship.

Hovering in the distorted air looking at the ship, arms folded across my chest, I frowned.

The ship was invisible, but the eye could detect flaws in the camouflage. Unfortunately for them, my intuition and hearing were at their peak, and I was able to determine where these assholes were.

"You there, leave the ship and talk with me." Without even noticing my imperious tone, I shouted loudly.

The ship continued to hang in silence without answering, but I did not want to destroy the only thing that connected me with an unknown civilization. Stop destroy? Hell, past owner habits are harder to get rid of than I thought. I will need to work on myself fundamentally, although I understand what responsibility came with my great strength, I am still like a child who just got a new toy.

Finally tired of waiting, I dropped my hands and flew closer to the ship.

Suddenly, ripples rippled through the camouflage, and it disappeared in an instant, revealing a gray-yellow ship with a red star on its side. Through the front glass, through which I could see two floors of the cockpit, I saw a lot of faces staring at me.

"This is the 17th Vice Captain of the Intergalactic Military and Police Force, Nova Corps, Albert Bramshtumn. Who are you and what are your goals on this developing planet under our protection from outside interference?"

Nova Corps? Hell, I could have sworn I'd heard this somewhere, but clearly in my memories and not from the memories of a Kryptonian with no weakness for colored gems.

"There was an accident and I got lost in outer space. Luckily, I crash-landed on this planet and managed to get out of space."

"Where is the ship you crashed on? We can offer you technical assistance if possible and we will ask you to leave the planet kindly."

Looking at them, I thought for a second what to say to them and decided not to lie.

"I don't have a ship."

"You don't have a ship, but you are wrecked on the planet from space?"

"This is true."

"..."

Judging by the bright gestures of the girl behind the glass of the ship, she was clearly against me.

"How about we go out and talk outside?" - finally tired of waiting, I asked.

"I'm sorry, what?" The man, surprised by my question, was clearly taken aback.

And judging by his rounded eyes behind the glass, as if he were on drugs, he was clearly in shock from the very beginning of the conversation.

"How about you get down to earth and get off the ship so we can talk calmly? The fact that your ship's weapons are pointed straight at my chest is a little stressful." – I eloquently explained. 4 cannons from under the bottom of the ship were indeed aimed at me, but since I recently flew to the sun on one business, I knew that lasers, blasters or something else would not even let me scratch. Although I won't be able to take them on for a long time, sooner or later they will start to melt me.

The girl argued again in the next seat and stretched her hands to the man's control panel, while he, clapping his hands on her hands, removed her hands shouting at her. A soldier in uniform jumped up from behind and pulled a lively blue-skinned woman out of a chair and dragged her somewhere. Kicking her foot, she screamed again, waving her arms, but they silently took her away.

"I'm sorry to keep you waiting, we'll remove the weapons and we can land a ship on the planet if you'd like to talk, but unfortunately we can't go to the surface. Umm... For any organism, the surface is filled with the most terrible toxic substances, and inhaling them... Only an unusual kind of tree that feeds on these toxic substances has survived on the surface. And also worth noting is the gravity outside of our ship, which is higher than normal… Many times… May I ask who you are and what race are you?"

The voice sounded excited. Oh. Now I understand why he is so scared.

Perhaps the heaviness in the lungs for the first few minutes was because of what he said. But I didn't feel gravity at all. Perhaps for an ordinary person to enter the planet would be certain death. And now, remembering the snakes in the sea that rummaged through the stones as if in the sand, I realized that the planet is really problematic for survival and not at all ordinary. Only for me, it was like a resort.

"My name is Helmut. I am from the Viltrumite empire, but when I went into space on a mission, I was sucked into an unknown anomaly and my communicator was irretrievably destroyed. Lost in space without navigation, I barely found this planet. And so, I ended up here. Could you give me a lift to the nearest civilization where I could get a new communicator to navigate between the stars? "

"Of course, I'm sure we can do it. But before that, may I ask what mission you were going on?" - almost suffocating, he dumped it all at once, constantly looking at the panel somewhere and playing it like a piano.

"One planet, which has not yet discovered even electricity according to our data, will collide in 8 years with a meteorite that will destroy them. Unfortunately, I will not have time to save them and the data in the navigator about the planet were irretrievably lost. I hope that someone from my race saw my loss and sent me a replacement for the mission."

The fact that I would be this meteorite that would fall on the planet at superluminal speed and arrange carnage, I kept silent. Small details in general, I missed.

"I understood you. Now we will open the door on the right side, please go up to the ship."

A couple of minutes after I was doused with steam and cleaning me from traces of the planet that could kill the crew, they let me into the corridor. Walking after the soldier, I caught up with him at a pace and put my hand on his shoulder saying hello.

Jumping up in shock, not expecting me to speak to him, he said something, but I did not understand anything. Shrugging my shoulders, I motioned to move on.

Soon we came to the cabin of the captain who was standing with his hands behind us. In appearance, he was already old and, if it were not for his sweaty appearance, he would have looked like a rather charismatic and calm old man. If it wasn't for the scales on his neck and arms, I would have mistaken him for a human.

"I guess we're seeing each other for the first time, nice to meet you Helmut. May I suggest you sit down for a drink from our planet? We call it tea."

"With pleasure." - Following him, I sat down on a retractable chair at a table that looked like a planning map, but only turned off.

"You see, as an intergalactic police force, this is the first time we've heard of your race, and by the looks of it, you've discovered ways to travel across space a long time ago."

"Since the beginning of our civilization actually. But unfortunately, we did not pay due attention to the cosmos, and only when internecine disputes ceased, and we came to a common opinion and became united in the development of our race and planet, did we discover the endless expanses of the universe. Could you tell us about your planet and organization? Or what the Nova Corps is. You see, we have explored a lot of space and found hundreds of thousands of intelligent species, but I have never heard of the intergalactic police."

Nodding, he rubbed his chin.

"Actually, I perfectly understand your situation, our empire is also not written without black days. As I said formerly the Nova Empire is an interstellar hegemony made up of multiple alien species that maintains a strict but benevolently personified rule over a good portion of the galaxy. We are trying to preserve the peace that we have worked so hard to achieve and to prevent galactic wars that could arise at any given time. We don't really have data on your planet and race in our database, but I'm sure we can find something. By the way, take this."

Holding out the remote, he explained that this is a translator and without it, different races would not be able to communicate with me speaking the language of a backward planet, which, apparently, has a similar language to my race, according to him.

"Excuse me, but is the backward planet you mentioned is Earth?"

"Hm?" - tilting his head, he clicked on the panel and answered - "Indeed, the inhabitants of this planet call it that. Among us, she is known differently, but you are right. Do you know this planet? I'm sure they haven't yet discovered ways to travel the galaxy, even their own solar system. "

"An old acquaintance went there and stayed on the planet, having a wife and child along the way to protect her." – remembering Nolan from the Viltrumite's memories, I realized that Nolan was one of the instructors who was later chosen to conquer a low-grade planet that could be a spare home for the Viltrumites.

"If that's that how he lives, I suppose he is doing that, without revealing his race? Given that you are outwardly identical as a human, I believe your race can merge unnoticed. It is very incredible to know that such an outstanding being lives on this planet." Nodding as if he opened the universe, he gave me the vibes of a Chinese cultivator.

Word by word, after drinking our cups of tea, we had a heart-to-heart talk for ten minutes, which was torture for me as a not-very-social alien. I had to really strain the convolutions so as not to fix it.

"Where can I get a new communicator?" - Feeling that he is now flooding me with new questions, I turned the topic in the direction I needed and took a breath after a bunch of answers to the questions that we threw at each other.

"Hmm, you really need this now more than anything else. Usually, you would have to buy on Xandar, but given your situation, we can very well provide you with an already tuned new generation spare. Like mine." - Raising his hand, he showed a wrist bracelet covering from the wrist to the elbow.

Smiling, I pretended to be grateful.

"Then I will not refuse your gift and gladly accept it. Alas, unfortunately, I have nothing to give in return."

"Oh no, don't say that. The mere fact that we can learn more about a civilization that has been hidden for so long will already be an incredible gift for us." he smiled again.

Old fox. He obviously instantly believed that I was from the Viltrumite race and the fact that I could survive on such a planet and fly, he clearly knew my strength in part and was afraid. I think, representing an entire race, he was frightened by the idea that somewhere there are millions or billions of such creatures that can fly through space.

"While the communicator is being carried to you, what can you say about it?" - waving his hand, he turned on the table and put on display a model of stars.

In the ship, the lights went out and the windows darkened.

Looking at the stars, I tried hard to remember the star chart in the Viltrumite's memory. Stretching out my hands, I intuitively began to control the panel, looking from different angles at the map.

"Strange. I am completely unfamiliar with this star chart. It's like I got…"

" To another universe?" The old man nodded his head.

"Apparently your friends in the ear constantly saying what to do hit the mark in their theories. In truth, I fell into a black hole and something attacked me from it. Then I was thrown back into space tired and hungry." I smiled looking at him.

The smile froze as he froze in fear of being caught.

"So, who do I have the honor of talking to?" – looking at the old man who frowned, listening and nodding, I looked back at the table.

The map on the table went out, and the illusory figure of a woman grew to a size of 20 cm.

"On behalf of the Nova Corps, I would like to apologize for acting so suspicious of you. I am Irani Rael, commander of the Nova Corps, may I know if you heard of any of these listed names?" - not giving to me time even to think out a commanding tone she asked.

The woman raised her hand and the text flowed before my eyes. Maintaining outwardly absolute indifference, and controlling my breathing, I screamed inside, yelling in shock.

Among the lists, they flashed me Thanos, and many others from one interesting movie.

"I'm sure I haven't heard of them before. Why should I know these beings?"

"They are the intergalactic criminals and tyrants we seek to capture, as well as the most notorious creatures in the entire universe. Some are known even on those planets where there is still no way to travel in the stratosphere. The sensors showed that you are not lying. Let me personally invite you to the service of Nova Corps, during this time we will do our best to find a way to your home planet." – she continued staring right at my face.

"I am not going to serve. I serve only my race, my people, and I do not intend to kneel before another planet or empire."

"I'm sorry if I offended you," the woman immediately apologized politely. "By the way, you are now on a ship that arrived on a signal that a catastrophe has occurred on the planet, do you know anything about what happened on the mainland on the dark side?"

"Oh, this? I accidentally crashed into the planet while flying here."

"Excuse me?" The woman blinked and her hair twitched in a funny way.

"Fortunately, there was no one on the mainland so there were no casualties."

"..."

Watching how she froze, I looked at the old captain, apparently, he portrayed the poker face as best he could. And under my gaze, he only sweated when a drop of glass on his forehead moved on his eyebrow and hung.

With a wave of his hand, he dropped it.

"Ugh, it's hot in here…" He immediately glanced instinctively at the temperature gauge and looked away without saying anything.

"I understand you, as a commander, I will not make you responsible for the destruction of empty lands without life, however, I will ask you to be careful in the future and work on landing. That's all, have a good trip Mr. Helmut. Rest assured Vice-Captain Albert will take you wherever you want and give you a communicator with an updated, accurate star map. Consider it our duty in the face of those affected by space anomalies. We will contact you, stay in touch." After finishing in a calm tone, she hung up.

Turning back to the old man, I continued to look at him in silence.

"Can you fly through space at FTL? But how can you breathe? And also, food, are you not starving?" - suddenly it broke through, and questions poured like a river.

"I am sure one day we will be able to talk about this topic, but now I would like to go to the ground and find my fellow countryman Nolan. If I don't find it on the planet, then I really got into a parallel universe or something like that. If that's the case, then I'll live there for a while."

Standing up, the old man coughed, giving a serious look.

"Very well, I guess I will do my duty as one who swore to help all those in need in need of any kind, as long as they are not outlaws of the empire. So, let's put you on the ground?"

Approaching the remote control, he began to set up something.

"Please sit down soon there will be a few jumps before your friend." Reaching out to the earpiece, he put it on. - "THIS IS THE CAPTAIN OF THE SHIP. ALL GET READY FOR 4 JUMPS. MINUTE READINESS."

A soldier with a face like a carrot ran into the cockpit crew and, handing me a box, ran away to get ready to jump. Squinting, I tried to remember, hadn't I seen him somewhere? But shrugging off the thought, I forgot about him in the next second.

Sitting already fastened in the chair, I opened it, finding what they promised to give me.

Ten minutes later, having already put on the communicator, I found that we had flown to Earth. Looking out the window, I already saw the satellites and the continents so familiar to me. A feeling of nostalgia surged over me.

"Here we are, Mr. Hellmuth, let me take you to the airlock, can you get from here?"

"Yes, of course, no problem, thanks for your help, rest assured I won't forget the kindness of the Nova Corps." I reached out my hand and shook his hand.

"Hahaha, not worth mentioning is our duty, but I understand that in the future you will need intergalactic currency, and credits, if you are interested, we can offer missions to match your ability to capture the criminals of the empire and protect the planets from dangers of the cosmos, how do you like the idea?"

Smiling, I waited for him to tell me this. I am damn sure that they will be watching me now and that every mission will be a test. However, in order to ingratiate myself with the empire for the next millennia of my life, this will not be a problem.

"Sounds good, just make me a list and send it to the communicator, from time to time I will check and execute those that interest me and those that I can afford with my time. Also, I will be grateful if you send information about whether there are galactic banks here or something like that."

"Be sure that we will send you a little later introductory information on politics, economics, and general topics of many empires of our spacious universe so that you can easily navigate. And although it is rather late to say this, welcome to our universe."

Shaking hands with the old man and turning around, I went out into the gateway, which soon depressurized. Running my hand over the communicator, I folded it into a bracelet and also put it into sleep mode. During the time that we were flying, I had already read the instructions in my language, so I already knew some of the functions of my new device. Taking off, I waved my hand and flew toward the planet.

The ship behind me went invisible and soon disappeared in a flash.

"We will contact you, stay in touch." - having finished in a calm tone, Irani waited until the icon appeared that the call had stopped and immediately sat down on her haunches exhaling.

Holly _ shit, holly shit…" – muttering, remembering the old legends about celestial tyrants that destroyed entire planets with infinity stones, she immediately compared this creature that accidentally destroyed the entire continent with its power just by accident.

Fortunately, he said that his race is kind and seeks to help others, and he, apparently, was not hostile but destroyed the mainland because he had an accident when he got into an anomaly of space that transferred him to our part of the universe. She was sure that the Viltrumite empire existed somewhere, the current engines were not yet able to fly so far as to open up the entire boundless space. Perhaps the anomaly that separated him from his home was a way to travel through entire universes, if not further.

There was another thought that he just lied and it was a race of conquerors that destroy planets and placing them away from their universe was the right thing, but the thought was quite scary, so she decided not to think about it any further.

As she pondered what to do, she made the only decision she felt made the most sense.

A monster has no place on Xandar. What if he can't handle his powers, or worse, goes mad and starts destroying? The planet that her ancestors built for centuries with blood and then the end, as well as military power because of her one wrong decision. According to computer calculations, it is capable of destroying a planet if it enters directly into it at FTL, passes through the core, and flies out the other side. And for peoples of the planet, this will be the ultimate game over.

"Send him anywhere but Xander!" Immediately contacting the captain, she issued an order in the personal language of the Nova Corps' upper echelons.

Sitting down in thought, she accepted a cup of steaming cocoa from the girl who worked as a secretary, wondering what to do now. Embracing the cup, she sat down on a chair in front of the table, straightening her back, lost in thought.

The doors opened and a plump man stepped inside, saluting.

"Miss Irani, we again found Thanos' ship not far from the planet that we took under protection! By the looks of it, it's already too late for us to move…"

Frowning, Irani suddenly widened her eyes.

"Exactly! If it works then we'll have power against Thanos and his minions! But no, hell, what if they poach him ... Then we can hire him like those space bums? But what to offer him…" - sitting down with a new headache, she continued to think, ignoring the man who hesitated, not understanding what to do in this situation without an order.

"Sir! An unknown object was spotted near the Russian satellite C1UM -419! You will not believe it! It's aliens!" – Joyful Coulson bursting in, immediately directed the remote control at the spotlight and transmitted the data to the screen.

Before Fury could grumble that he had entered without knocking, he instantly turned his attention to the screen, delving into every pixel, every detail with his only working eye.

A video played on the screen showed a beautiful giant unknown ship with a red star emblem on its side, which after a couple of minutes suddenly became invisible. Something went down inside of the staring black man as he realized he was looking at a spaceship, clearly armed with a powerful weapon from what he saw. More and more fantasizing the most terrible theories about why such a warship came to earth and went into invisibility seethed in the brain.

Standing up, Nick Fury peered into the low-quality video and saw, on repeat, that something small had separated from the ship.

"What did they drop? Coulson, what is it?"

"It may sound strange, but apparently it was someone's figure! It dived from the ship and landed in an incredible arc as if flying like you know who, in Russia, somewhere in Siberia. We have not been able to determine the exact location at the moment. The video is processed with all the resources that we have and the blue code has been entered at the moment." – Coulson continued staring at Fury with a smile.

Feeling the pager in his pocket grow heavy, Fury felt another rush of headache.

"Do you think they can improve the quality of the footage?"

"We've been short on technical staff lately, but I'm sure Alexander Pierce will find people to figure out what the spacecraft has dropped."

"Okay, have you told him yet?"

"By this time, they should have reached him with a report."

Clutching his head, and rubbing his forehead with his fingers, Fury felt the pain throb and his eye began to itch, which had been ruined by a stupid cat.

Every time something alien lands on the planet, some planetary shit happens!

"Send a team to Siberia to investigate! Take the Falcon."

"Understood." - turning around happy Coulson went out to collect people to find new proof that life in the cosmos exists.

Hello there, this is Autor.

I saw a few questions and I will answer them

1. There is no stable graphic, I am an author, an editor, and a psychologist in one person, every time a site or a Word is bugged, I spend extra time rewriting what I previously wrote.

Each new chapter takes a lot of time, so I won't be able to publish often, it's also worth considering my personal life when I'm on the road for several days or busy until the evening.

I'll try to update when I can, but I definitely can't do a daily update.

2. Viltrumites are self-sustained, they can really live without food for a really long time. The same goes for oxygen.

The comic shows that Nolan, with the oxygen he had in his lungs after taking off from the earth, crossed space, reaching a distant planet where he made a harem of ants.

The idea was that every time Viltrumite was seriously injured or tired from battles or travels, it would absorb energy and regenerate a body that would become stronger each time.

I myself would like to see how after you dive into a black hole and you are attacked by ^@391!2#.! you'll be just fine.

That's why he was hungry at that time. His body desperately needed the energy to recover.

If you have any ideas let me know, I will be happy to hear them.
