Evan closed his laptop and picked up the phone. He waited for a moment before leaving a message on Jay’s voicemail. “Jay, I’m heading to Hunter Donahue’s place. I’ll see you later.”

The address brought Evan to an area in Orange County, California, and soon he found himself pulling up in front of a huge mansion surrounded by a tall green fence. He identified himself at the intercom standing next to the wrought-iron gate and seconds later the gate hummed open. Evan drove his car down a smooth asphalt driveway that brought him to the front door. He parked his car in front of the detached garage and, as he got out, he looked up at the huge mansion with some trepidation. A maid opened the door for him and took him to the library, his feet sinking into the plush carpet with each step.
