Chapter 39: An undeniable offer

For a moment, Wan Yi Jun felt that his eyes were playing games with his mind. 

At first he thought it might be some other woman, but when he saw the same lilac dress and loose hair he had seen on Ming Yue when they met for the first time.

Why does she have to be in this wretched streets out of all the places? He shook his head in dismay and gazed in the direction where he saw the girl.

"No, it can't be her." He muttered under his breath and looked at the familiar silhouette that was imprinted in his mind because of obvious reasons.

It seemed like she was hesitating to go inside the building as if she was very much aware of the place she was about to visit. 

At the same time, Lao Yating and the rest of the team who were following their captain, stopped in their tracks when they saw Wan Yi Jun froze at the spot.
