Chapter 3: Plans
"But guys, we have bigger problems… "
Chung Seul-Ki said nervously.
"What do you mean?"
Kang Shing-ae continued.
"Even though their are many variables that I don't know about like how we ended up in a girl's body or why we came back to 2015, which is seven years in the past. But the biggest variable that is hard for me to accept is that we don't exist 'here'."
Nu Yoon-Ji and Min So-Ra said in unison.
"What the hell do you mean by that?"
Kang Shing-ae continued.
"Calm down guys, let me explain. You guys know that we have been Kpop idols for almost twelve years. Even if we are in 2015, we should be existing for at least five years. Within those five years we had produced quite a few hits which top charts. So our names should be searchable on the internet. But I have found out that we, that is H-exe, don't even exist. This means only one thing. That is we are at an alternate timeline, where we don't exist."
All the other three members took out their cellphones and started searching. Then they all became pale. Finally, the leader, Nu Yoon-Ji, blasted.
"What the fucking hell? Why that bastard off a manager exists but we don't? Is the God playing some kind of joke with us?"
Then suddenly the person at the counter shouted at the four members.
"If you gals want to discuss it is fine. But don't fucking shout here."
Kang Shing-ae said by bowing down.
"Sorry, we will keep our voices down."
Kang Shing-ae then motioned the leader to sit. The leader sat down trying to calm down.
Then she continued.
"From all the knowledge I can muster, I can say that we have transmigrated to another timeline where we don't exist. But for me I am happy that we all can survive meet together again even though if it is a different space and time. You guys shouldn't forget that we were supposed to die on that plane explosion."
The three others nodded in approval.
Chung Seul-Ki then said.
"That's fine and all. I can understand that we cannot go back and should continue living our lives. But what are your plans for now?"
Kang Shing-ae said.
"That's a good question. What should we do from now on? What's your take on this leader?"
The leader thought for a while, then he replied.
"Their are two ways. Either we head to our own ways to become something else which you guys think of or either become Kpop idols again. I will respect your decisions."
Kang Shing-ae said.
"What do you want to do leader?"
"I would like to become a Kpop Idol again if possible. I'm not as smart and talented as you guys in areas related to education. So what's your decision guys."
There was silence between them for almost five minutes. The leader knew that they were making important decisions of their life's . Therefore he didn't disturb them and waited patiently.
So-ra first spoke.
"Whether in previous life or this new one I would choose to be an idol."
Chung Seul-Ki then said.
"Same here Leader."
Then all the three members looked at Kang Shing-ae. She smirked first, then replied.
"I wouldn't have chosen to be an idol the first time with my brains. So I would continue pursue in the same direction."
Min So-ra then said.
"Can't you just say your words simply. Why so much twist and turns."
The leader smiled helplessly at this. Then the leader said thanks to all the members. But right after then, Kang Shing-ae said.
"It's nice we are all going to the entertainment industry but how are we all going back to the industry?"
The leader said.
"Isn't it obvious. Get scouted or go to their audition and get selected. Then wait for our opportunity to debut."
Kang Shing-ae facepalmed. Then she replied.
"Leader are you a fool or pretending to be a fool."
"What do you mean?"
"Are we really planning to go an audition and get selected and then wait for a debut. Ok, let supposedly we go by this route, there are many obstacles. We all know that we will get selected because we are talented and have experience. But then comes the obstacles. Even if we are selected, we all have to sign that contract which we don't like. Then come the training period. Those company will not allow us to debut even if they see us talented. They are going to wait for at least four years before we get a shot at debuting. Even if we debut are you sure we will be in the same group. Isn't that too long and I wouldn't want to wait for that long and I don't want to put my fate on chances."
The leader and the two other members started to think. After a minute, Min So-Ra replied.
"You are right. I also wouldn't want to wait for that long. Plus I also don't like any of big agencies since we have already experienced how they treat us. So should we join small agencies were the contracts are more lax."
Kang Shing-ae then said.
"Thats a good idea. But there is a problem. We four can't join at the same agency together. As you all know these small agencies can only accept one or almost 2 trainees since they will be already having some trainees which they are already training. They can't accept a big batch of four like us. The other thing is that they will also have some reservation against us even though the time will be less than the bigger agencies."
The leader was getting irritated. Then he said to Kang Shing-ae.
"So what do want us to do? We can't join the big agencies since they will take too much time for our debut. Neither we can join the small agencies since they can's accept us together. So what is your plan. These are the only ways I know of. We have to take any one of the paths. We can't be choosy and since the small agencies can't accept us together, we have to go the big agencies."
Kang Shing-ae was tongue-tied and didn't have a reply. Then suddenly, the only member who didn't speak until now spoke.
"Cant we just start an agency ourselves."
