Not So Friendly Fantasy

Standing at the edge between life and death.
One side lay life and the other lied death. It was only a matter of taking a step.

Struck with guilt and remorse for failing to keep the promises he made to his loved ones.

He has given up on his life and tried to kill himself by jumping off the building terrace.

He wished he could turn back time and undo all those moments of regrets he was feeling now.

But the last bit of sanity and fear of the height made him hold back and rethink all those happy moments too.

'Maybe I can still go back to them and just apologize...Even if they don't forgive me I'll try again and again...Surely one day...'

As if reassuring himself before he could back out a loud voice suddenly shouted at him causing him to misplace his foot on the edge as he fell on his back into the open air.

" Hoi, what ar...Nooooooo!"

'Fyck' Along came the regrets and only this word describe his feelings.
