Chapter 26: Chapter Twenty Five : Misstep

"I did it wrong, Lexa. You were accurate about the consequences. That was one hell of a misstep I took," I sighed.

I was at my personal bed chamber. Since I took part into the competition for being the next luna, I was temporarily promoted from the maid's position.

I was still in my ball gown. Feeling exhausted, not even having a bit of strength to move or do anything.

Lexa was quiet completely inside me. She was upset about my decision and now angry.

"Fine, I won't force you to talk to me," I said again. ''But it was stupid of me to go there. Now they have brought all of the female alphas in the castle. And that puts them in a greater danger. How am I going to save all of them when they think I am the culprit here? They are not even aware of what is going to happen to them," I said sadly.
