Synopsis
Christopher Vaulez belonged to an Order that fought against the Paranormal, which is the phenomenon of creatures that were not supposed to exist, but existed due to something called the [Other Side], which passed through a thin layer between reality and this other dimension, called the Membrane!
Christopher, nicknamed Kai, was an agent of this Paranormal Order, until he discovered a conspiracy that dated back millennia, discovering that he was just another piece on this great stage.
So he is killed, being branded a filthy occultist, a traitor and scourge.
But fate seemed to laugh at all this and for some reason, Kai found himself waking up in another world, a world of Martial Arts and something called Inner Energy.

I would very much like to rate this more, but I can't. Not with it marking off so many of my pet peeves. I think the author should add the romance tag. The novel actually has some good ideas, but the main character was better as a brick wall.
As always, 5 stars, a must for every Webnovel author! Just giving a warning that the release will not be daily, there will be 3~5 chapters per week or less, it will depend on how much I have in my stock. This will not be a work where the protagonist will run after a woman, just as the protagonist will be more of a villain than anything else. At first it will be more of an introduction to the world as the protagonist grows and adapts to the world, but then he will start making plans and preparations as he seeks to learn about the truths of the world!
