Chapter 5: unexpected
Hinata and his team were running through an enemy base, right to a dead end where an enemy stood, he turned his head to Sophia nd the latter as if she could read his mind didn't stop running for a second instead she took out an Expansion grenade and throufh it behind the enemy, Hinata, hen sped up and the brackets on his wrist came to life, they shot up, latched onto the wall and propelled Hinata forward like a slingshot, he pushed his out feet, hitting the enemy square in the chest, the grande cracked the wall and Hinata used his momentum and the enemies body to break it apart and make the ruble fall to the floor, after he got to the other side, he rolled, took out his pistols, shot an enemy each at his right and left, grabbed the one In front him, broke his neck took his rifle and started shooting at the guards coming from behind, then his team arrived, Sophia threw static grenades down the halls and Hinata dropped the gun, he used his living bracelet whips to rip the vent cover from above them.
Akira then flooded the halls by sending gushing waves of water out from his hands knocking the enemies down, they jumped up into the vent and Hinata then charged up his powers, an electric dragon, shot up from his arm and into the water electrocuting the enemies, they then crawled through the vents and landed in a small open area, filled eith enemies
"this turned out peachy", Akinel said
Sophia laughed "you're the one that messed up on the sound barrier
Akinel pointed ,but added "true, So what's the plan Hinata?"
"we cause chaos" he replied and snapped his finger, Akinel instantly got the idea and fired of disc all round the are that launched a barrage of sound waves, disorienting the enemies and causing them to panic, Akira then turned summoned amd ay.of shadow monsters to be their shields, Emi invaded their minds, making them see and feel their worst nightmares, Sophia then wrapped them all up in Toronto Vines, the more they struggled the more the Vines hurt them. they assumed that they were finished but then a giant bull shaped machine was dropped in with an army of soldiers, everyone turned and sighed, then all their eyes fixed on Hinata,, Calmly Hinata put his right hand halfway in his pocket and walked towards the machine, with his head down, annoyed at this development as his friends dealt with the soldiers. the giant mechanical minotaur leaned down and punched Hinata but the latter simply lifted his head and the mechanical arm stopped right before his face, he then removed his hand from his pocket and floated upwards, he waved one hand in front of him, creating a barrier of gravitational energy, his right hand was extended to his side slightly and slowly began closing his fist, as he did the minotaur slowly started getting crushed, and could do nothing against Hinata due the barrier, then he lifted the ball of metal that it had become with his powers, he moved his hand back, causing the metal ball to move slightly back as well then he hurled it into the stratosphere.
the world around them slowly dissipated and they were out of the simulation, on the speakers a loud voice boomed out
"AND THE FINAL TEAM NOVA TEAM IS THE FIRST TEAM TO EVER GET PASSED THE MINOTAUR, WE HAVE A NEW RECORD!"
Hinata stood up and scoffed, it had been almost a month since they went to the market and tomorrow was his 18th birthday, by this time his personality had almost completely changed, he was a lot calmer, more nonchalant and far more powerful, now only another god or Demi god could match his power and so far only Sam, the god of Mischief and child of Loki was able to best him and even then it was only a 50/50 chance.
The very next morning Nova squad was the takk of the school, everywhere they went they would get people starting at them, All of Hinata's family visited and his uncle Hades gave him the blessing of his hellfire power, his uncle Poseidon fave him a Leviathan companion that could surprisingly talk to Hinata and only him telepathically, he received many gifts that day and his mother finally got to meet his friends. everyone was laughing and chatting then the clock struck eight pm. Hinata, gripped his head in an instant and felt like if his skull would be ripped apart, he quickly ran to his room at this point he could feel the transformation, he quickly changed into his outfit, and got the weapon, then his body burst into a violent light , when he emerged, he had white hair, blue eyes, a mix of his Grandfather and grandmother's looks

His body was sent flying into the courtyard below and as he stood up the hellfire warped around him, his eyes crackled with lightning, his Leviathan floated around his body, unaffected by the fire

his family all rushed down and starred at him in awe, his friends jaws nearly dropped.
Hinata looked at them and turned his head to Emi "why are they looking at me like that?" she pulled out her wicked, took a picture and showed it to Hinata. wow, I really did change huh? at least I still have the elf ears he joked and looked around, this doesn't change anything however, I'm still me, I think
Hearing these words made everyone smkle and Emi most of all, she wanted to tells Hinata how she felt but decides to wait and see if they became a duo first. she didn't feel like admitting only to loose him soon after.
they went back to the party and started to play games, dance even had a karaoke machine
"care to dance?" a strange voice called out from the crowd
