This is to avoid the Pied Piper suddenly wanting to do laundry and finding the signal generator.
The first day, the second day, the third day...
Three consecutive days have passed, and the Pied Piper hasn't had any issues. The promised attack still hasn't happened.
On the other hand, Axel has accomplished something significant.
On the second day of Yuri's surveillance of the Pied Piper, the second coming or the Trickster; Axel, broke into Hunter Zolomon's home and destroyed all the information in Hunter's personal computer.
It was said that Kid Flash was also present at the time, but not only did he fail to capture Axel, he was outsmarted and trapped in a candy shell, unable to move.
