Chapter 10: Summary till now: for those who want to skip to HOTD arc
Arthur a mana-less nineteen year old boy, sick due to bitten by a dog-like monster, also became a cripple due to it.
His cousin, Luna, finally found OM-orb from legends, which gave immense power to the user. She somehow stole the orb and escaped to her home to give it to Arthur as she theorised only mana-less people are compatible.
But the devils chased her even there.
She teleported Arthur somewhere far hoping he would get the time needed for the assimilation of the power from the orb, since just consuming it didn't gave anything.
Arthur became devastated when a few minutes later a devil teleported to his location with a dead Luna. The devil beheads him in an instant, effectively killing him.
But it wasn't over for Arthur, it appeared that dying while in contact with the OM-stone (which was inside the orb), was the condition to become an O.M, an Omniversal Mercenary.
A job just like a normal mercenary, just that the contractors were some higher beings from upper dimension, basically gods. And the payment was anything he wished for.
In the first mission, he was sent to the marvel world during the last battle in Captain America: The First Avenger. For 2 objectives:
1. Survive for 3 hours.
2. Neutrally cause Chaos in the verse of Marvel.
But he was still a cripple for this mission, on his wheelchair he strolled around the Hydra's Base and stole every piece of tech he could get his hands on in his inventory.
He interacted with Peggy Carter and manipulated Captain America into escape the aircraft before it could crash hoping that would cause some butterfly effect.
And at the end he also stole the tesseract but the World's Will interfered in order to protect it's absolute points.
The mission is still accomplished even though he thought that he failed, so as a reward, he gets a perfected Super Soldier Serum (without the side effect of the change in his personality), with this all his illness is vanished, he could feel his legs again and he becomes slightly buff but not too buff.
He also gets a world ticket to his own world with an option to go 15 minutes back in time, but he chooses not to use it since he isn't strong enough.
Now, he gets a new mission in the High School Of The Dead world.
He has three main objectives ( will give rewards only if all are completed) :
1. Survive in the Apocalypse without becoming Undead.
2. Build a shelter that could last for at least 50 years. The shelter must contain at least four people from the main cast.
3. Kill Koichi Shido.
and one Optional Objective:
1. Change the Main Character of High School Of The Dead world.
Optional objectives are insanely difficult to accomplish hence they give better rewards.
