"Rex got dressed and left to a nearby pub he saw the day before as he was looking for a inn to stay at he had already marked it as a interest point in the map so he got there quickly he ordered ramen noodles and a it only cost him 200B and he ate pretty quickly since he was getting lots of stares because of his uncommon hair and eyes and he felt really uncomfortable. When he left he made his was into the woods and found a area to rest and sat down.

Rex - " When he saw his level and points he new how weak he is and proceeded to punch a tree to see what 15 strength was like in this world of course nothing happened and instead his fist kinda hurt at that point he new he was weak but he still had the lightning and light ability since he new it was related to intelligence which in turn was related to the brain he focused really hard and imagined himself hitting the tree with a lightning strike and then "BOOM" a volt of lightning came out of his right hand and hit the tree leaving sever charcoal black burns but did not make a hole or burn it down since it was not that advance yet."

Rex - Awesome it turned into a skill, it's not that powerful but when I add skill points to my int it will be OP as fuck.

"Rex new that he needed to kill some people to get skill points and level up so he decided to go after a wanted man as he new it was mostly pirates and bad people but he also new that people in Mock Town gather to show of their bounty's and gain respect and then he remembered about the Legendary mystery box and that he could open it already but he decided to wait and when he killed someone he would put half of the stat points he revived into luck and distribute the rest that way he would most probably get the Devil Fruit and not the ability.

Rex - Since I'm weak right now I'll have to paralyze my target then kill him so I'll have to buy a weapon in the game market.

Rex - "Since a gun would attract attention i'll kill the target at night with a dagger.
