The Legendary Mangekyo Sharingan, Sin used it accidentally when he saved Perona.
Bill wanted to run immediately, no matter how he looked at it, there is no chance of winning, he was very proud of his Observation Haki and sharp instincts, but now they were both screaming at him to run away.
But Bill couldn't, the device on his head removed all those thoughts.

A dark blue transparent Sussano ribcage surrounded Sin, blocking the bullets.
"Don't waste your bullets" said Sin.
From the ribcage, a large transparent dark blue skeletal hand appeared and attacked Bill.
"What?!"Bill tried to dodge, but two hands shot from the ground and grabbed his feet.
"Gotcha!" said Sin with a grin, as the skeletal hand grabbed Bill.
Bill struggled but with no use.

Sin throw a playing card towards Bill, and later just closed his eyes waiting for death.
*Crack*
"Why?!" said Bill in shock, after feeling that the device that made his life hell, falling apart.
"I want you to join my crew," said Sin with a smile.

Kuina cut a dozen of red-eyed grey-skinned humanoids.
"What are these creatures?" asked Kuina.
*Bang*
"Dr.Podi used to call them ghouls, they feed on the prisoners he deemed as failed test subjects, " said Bill.
"They eat prisoners?! just who is this Podi guy anyway?" asked Kuina.
"He was very secretive, when it came to his identity." said Bill.

the trio walked down the stairs.
"This place is even more filthy than Impel Down," said Sin.
"Who are you guys? where is that ruthless brat Podi" said a prisoner.
"My name is Bill, you guys might remember me as Podi's right-handed man, but in truth, I was a prisoner just like you, until these two right here came and killed that tyrant" shouted Bill.
"Oie, oie... don't screw with us" yelled a prisoner.
"That guy is hella strong, there is no way those two brats could beat him," said a prisoner.
"Yeah, I used to be a captain, yet I was still crushed," said another.
*Woosh*
Sin glared at them using his Mangekyou.
The prisoners didn't dare to talk anymore, they didn't know why, but those eyes made them afraid.
*Slash*
With one fast swing, Kuina cut through the reinforced steel bars.
"I'm I dreaming?!" said a prisoner.
"We are free!!" yelled another prisoner.
They suddenly made a circle and began to whisper.
Sin and Kuina were speechless.
"The last two years of pain and death made then more united with each other," said Bill with a smile.
A lone prisoner walked to Sin.
"Thanks for saving us, we will never forget this favor," he said while bowing.
Seeing that Sin didn't respond, the prisoner decided to get to the point.
"We want to repay this favors by pledging our Allegiance to you," he said, the other prisoners mimicked his actions.
Sin was surprised.
"You should accept" whispered Bill.
