Chapter 48: Battle Royale! Pirates vs Marines!
[ Ost-Giant strong hold take off!]
The aura's of the two conqueror's continued smashing against each other.
" Let's get down to business." Terris muttered. Terris raised his staff, twirling it multiple times in the air, and then he slammed it down on the ground hard.
The earth started to raise and float like it was liquid.
" What is this?" Markus muttered.
" Be careful. He's trying to split us up." Jinshi told the man.
* Swip!
Terris exploded forward at a speed, Markus was barely able to keep up with. For just a moment, the world seemed to slow down for Markus, and as he turned his head, he saw briefly a flash of Terris rushing past him, with his arm out, while Jinshi raised his forearm to block the man.
Then, suddenly, it all sped back up, and Terris had snatched Jinshi off of his feet.
" I am one hundred and ten percent done!" Terris yelled. His grip around Jinshi's neck was tight, and despite his attempts, Jinshi couldn't break free.
" Jinshi!" Markus shouted. He had turned his back for just a moment to try and see what happened and the moment he did a figure appeared beside him.
* Swip!
" You should have learned last time." Zohakuten said to Markus. He drew his blade and swung it at Markus' neck, however, before it hit, a flash of lightning got in-between the two men.
It was Goenma, and he had blocked Zohakuten's blade with his own. " Don't worry about him, Jinshi will be fine. Focus on yourself for now." Goenma shouted.
" Thunder God Goenma."
" Moonlight Zohakuten.... This should be fun." Goenma grew two large wings made of pure electricity and pushed Zohakuten away from Markus. " Watch yourself."
" I know." Markus muttered.
" Good. Now, run along, Marine. I will handle this one." Goenma told the man.
" Right." Markus went to turn and run towards Where Jinshi and Terris had disappeared.
Goenma looked down at Zohakuten as he started to walk towards him, and smirked.
Zohakuten and Goenma both lunged at each other with their blades and clashed. A large rush of haki exploded out from where they were. But once again he was stopped.
[ Karakuri castle transform.]
" Kikikikikiki! Come on, rats, it's feeding time baby!" Vyper yelled. He started slithering his way around the battlefield, slashing and biting at everyone in his path. He didn't get far however, as Norin jumped above him and blasted him with a gust of wind straight to his back, pinning him to the ground.
Norin landed in front of in Vyper. " You're fighting me now!"
" Gah! You stupid bitch! I'll gut you for that." Vyper grumbled. He crawled back up, until he was sitting on top of his tail, like a snake ready to strike.
" Finger Pistol!" Dalmatian shouted as he tried plunging his finger into the hard skin of Long Horn, as the giant rhinoceros charged through him and his marines.
" That won't work!" Long Horn exclaimed.
Dalmatian and Momonga both jumped out of the way to avoid the attack, and the Marine's behind them did the best they could to dodge.
Momonga jumped high into the air, using moonwalk, and then catapulted himself towards Long Horn and tried cutting him across his back, but the sword just barely scrapped across his skin.
" Gagagagaga! It'll take more than that to pierce my skin, Marines!" Long Horn exclaimed.
All over the battlefield, fights were beginning to break out.
Markus could feel the fighting spirit behind growing more and more intense with each step he took. He knew that everyone was giving it their all to take on their opponents. However." Huh?" Markus exclaimed. Sensing something was coming at him, Markus dodged out of the way, just as a giant halberd came crashing down over his head. He jumped to the side quickly and as he turned around, he saw it was none other than bankotsu who had attacked him.
" Hey, punk! I figured since everyone else had a partner, that you and I should talk." Bankotsu planted his halberd into the ground and glared at Markus. " You the one who took down my brothers?" He asked.
" Yeah. I did that." Markus replied.
Bankotsu quickly pulled his blade out and rushed Markus.
Markus raised his arm and covered it with haki as Bankotsu slammed the edge of the weapon down on him. The Blade was heavy, so heavy that the ground beneath Markus cracked and caved in.

" Gyah!" Vyper spat out a shot of venom at Norin. Norin dodged the venom and watched as it hit the ground and started steaming.
' That stuff is lethal.' She noted.
" Gyah!"
Vyper spat out another round of venom, this time however, Norin took a deep breath and blasted the venom with a funnel of wind. The wind was strong enough to blow the Venom away.
Vyper looked at Norin, questioning how he was going to kill her. ' That's not going to work, huh? That breath attack is strong. But I have an idea.' Vyper smirked and rushed Norin, winding through the dirt in sideways pattern.
Norin jumped back to try and keep her distance from the man, but he quickly closed the distance, and threw his tail in a way that allowed it to wrap around her backside, effectively trapping her.
" Acid Mouth Trap!" Vyper spat out a torrent of venom, right at Norin, as his giant head fell straight towards her.
Norin quickly noticed how bad her situation was.
" Damn!" Norin exclaimed. Norin opened her mouth and fired another burst of wind that pushed back the Venom, but that didn't stop Vyper's mouth from falling towards her.
Vyper believed he had Norin trapped perfectly for the kill, but Norin quickly redirected her wind and used it to blast herself away from Vyper, hitting a small gap in-between his body and his tail, just quick enough to get away, but barely.
Norin hit the ground and rolled until she came to a stop. " That was close." She huffed. While she was glad to be out of danger, that feeling of death staring at her sat still in the very pit of her stomach.
Norin watched as Vyper lifted his head out of his coil once more, looking agitated.
" That was supposed ta kill ya. Guess ya not just a pretty face. Couldn't tell really after the last time I saw ya."
Noring clamped her teeth together in anger.
" That's sad, because I barely remember your face at all. Guess you were too busy hiding behind the real fighters." Norin spoke.
" Kikiki! Looks like the little kitty has claws after all. Come on, then little Kitty. Give me you very best." Vyper said to the woman. ' Heh, little bitch, the moment she gets close enough, I'll give her a taste of my Poison fang.' " Come on, here kitty kitty. Come on. I'll let you even get a free hit. Come on, come on. Don't you want revenge? For dear old daddy?" Vyper continued trying to goad Norin into attacking him, taunting the woman, and even using her father's death as bait. And it worked.
Norin shifted into her full tiger form and charged Vyper on all fours, with murder in her eyes.
' Heh, that's right, come to daddy.' Vyper sneered evilly as Norin drew closer.
He coated his teeth with his venom, in preparation to strike. however, as the woman got closer, she suddenly shifted from her tiger form and back into her awakened form and disappeared from Vyper's sight.
" WHAT?!"
* SWIP!
* Slash!
" Ten Tiger Claws!" Using all of her claws together, Norin cut ten large gashes across Vyper's chest.
Vyper's eyes glossed over, and he fell over on his stomach.
" Don't you ever talk about my father. You're not even worth the ground he walked on. You filthy little snake." Norin exclaimed. She stood proudly in front of the wounded pirate, holding her head high.
Vyper lifted his head off of the ground and looked at the woman as blood poured from mouth. The veins in his head were throbbing hard.
" I am going to wear your entrails as sweat bands." Vyper exclaimed. His eyes flickered with rage.
" Heh! Try it. I've been thinking about new snakeskin boots." Norin grinned. " Let's go."
* DOOM!
