[ first haki it got 10 levels and each it's using the percentage way to level up , as for your power that is around elements it's have stages and you can't use any element if you don't understand it and what i mean by that is for you to comprehend each and all Elements each sperated from the others and that also can go with levels that are from 1-10 but each level are divided into 4 parts of percentage ( 25% , 50% , 75% , 100 % ) for example : water in the level 1 you can manipulate a little amount of it in a shallow way like to make a water ball and each level would prove you the ability to manipulate more and more and the control would be better and in level 3 you will be able to generate that element and when reach level 8 you can turn into that element after reaching level 10 you will be the master of that element it will not be able to hurt you anymore for example water you would be able to breath in water or for fire you will be immune to heat and will not get burn by any fire that what you need to learn as of now i will go until you go to BNHA world then good bye host ]
