Chapter 1: Rebirth
So… I died.
My name is David Allen and my life was pretty good. I had friends, was pretty well known in school, had good grades and athletics and I even had a girlfriend at one point so I could talk to girls well enough.
The only problem that I had was that I had been neglected as a kid due to my older brother and sister who were perfect in everything and I was always looked down on by them so I never had a true family before so I was always lonely.
My siblings even framed me for stealing clothes from the girls locker room and put it in my locker and because of this I was avoided and even hated by my classmates and they didn't listen to me no matter how much I tried to defend myself.
And once someone tried to talk to me about being friends, it was for money because they knew my parents were rich.
Because of this I have major trust issues and just avoid people and use anime and manga to escape reality.
I wanted to be a Science major in college but my parents wanted me to be a lawyer so we had an argument about it and once I turned 18 and graduated they kicked me out of the house saying things like "you are such a disgrace" and "we never wanna see you again."
When my siblings found out they laughed at me telling me how useless I am.
Luckily I had an aunt who let me live with her for a while getting jobs to save up money for an apartment.
I was in college but because my aunt was less well off then my parents so we didn't have a lot of clothes since they didn't let me take any of them when I got kicked out so my clothes didn't look as good and I didn't have friends.
Now as to how I died, if I remember correctly…
(Flashback)
I was in class near the window when suddenly I hear people screaming and loud noises and immediately know what this means and I think the rest of the class heard too because someone yelled "there's a school shooter outside" and everyone starts panicking and the teacher starts trying to calm everyone down and it works for a while but they are still terrified.
I grab some scissors and I tell the teacher my plan which is while everyone throws chairs and desks at the shooter to distract him I go in and stab him in the neck and he tries to tell me off but I yell at him and ask if he has a better plan and doesn't answer.
So I tell them to get into position and then we hear shooting so we know he's close and all of a sudden the door bursts open and the teacher yells "NOW" and everyone starts throwing chairs at him and it works.
I go in for a neck stab on him and he starts bleeding but before he dies he shoots me in the chest right where my heart is.
Everyone is screaming as I bleed out. Ahh so this is how I die huh?
I'm getting cold as the blood starts flowing out of me. Why did I have to die?
I just wanted to enjoy life and live for myself for once.
As I close my eyes into the darkness
(Present)
And now I'm in this void of a place with nothing here and it's just silence. All of a sudden a bright flashing light appears and a figure of an old man appears.
"Hi, so you died and I'm here to reincarnate you." He says.
"huh?"

Also quick question, Do you guys want Vali to be a boy or girl for this fic. It does not matter to me either way but I wanted your guys opinion in case it upset some people as Vali will not be in a harem if he is female (protective big brother mc) but if he is male I will try to get him a harem (probably will be smaller than Mc's) so let me know. Also harem, if chosen, will be limited to 4 women (the 1st girl will be chosen by me since she is my favorite. Dont attack me pls😅) for the Mc as I don't wanna keep track of all the girls in the Mc's harem if it gets too big . Also Issei will be involved and have a harem because of course he will. And before you ask NO I WILL NOT MAKE ISSEI FEMALE. Just had to put it out there sorry to all you who like that.
