Chapter 10: Chapter 7
I could hear a loud beeping sound inside my head. My body feels heavier, my head feels too much pain everytime I had regain my consciousness. I'm half awake, but I can't move my body. I can hear voices talking, but I don't clearly understand what they were saying.
*beep* *beep*

I feel better after few hours. I opened my eyes and only saw white ceiling. I can't remember much of what had happened. I tried to move my hands, but Friela is sleeping beside me.
"Friela?" My voice was hoarse.
She moved a bit, and she was shocked when she saw me. "You're awake! Thank God! Are you hurt somewhere? Let me call the nurse." she was about to leave when I stopped her.
"What happened to me? Why am I here?" I asked. I'm wearing a hospital dress, had an oxygen mask with me, and lots of bandages. I'm pretty sure that this is an hospital, but I think I bumped my head somewhere that's why I don't remember anything that much.
"You were kidnapped, Lucy. We call for the help of the police, but after three days we saw you lying down in front of your gate. You got a lot of deep bruises and a high fever. You lost a lot of blood, that's why we rushed you here in the hospital." she answered.
That explains it. My energy has been drained too much. "Three days? I see. That's why I feel so weak, where's Vaness?"
"She was currently taking care of the hospital bills, she was called to fill-up some information. She'll be here soon enough." Friela sat beside me and hold my hand, "Luce. We're so worried about you. Vaness and I cried for straight three days because we can't find you anywhere." she held my hands and her eyes became tearful.
"I'm very sorry for worrying you guys." I hold her hands tight as well and squeeze it. Vaness came inside the room.
"LUCYYY!" she hugged me tight. Every part of my body feel the sore and pain as she squeeze my muscles.
"Ouch, ouch, ouch. Vaness, wait." I almost cried out of pain.
"Sorry." she was crying as well. "You don't know how worried we are, Lucy. I thought we'll never see you again." she also hold my hand, because she can't hug me yet.
"I want to know what really happened to you, Luce. The police might ask you that, too." Friela said.
I tried to remember anything, "From what I remember, Yui and I departed ways after my shooting then I almost hit a car."
"Then?" Friela asked.
I froze. He... "I was... brought to a big warehouse or barn." I looked at Vaness, "I-I... I'm sorry." I covered my ears. The voices were still here. Shouting at me and despising me. I didn't realize that I was shaking because of fear.
Friela pat my shoulder, "Calm down Luce. We're here. I know it is an unpleasant memory, can you go on? If you can't, you can tell it to us when you're ready." she asked.
I face Vaness. "He's there. He's my kidnapper."
"Who?" Vaness asked me.
"Uncle's son." I answered.
Both of them were confused.
"W-what are you talking about, Lucy?" I don't know but I feel like Vaness is shaking.
"My uncle's son. He knew... h-he knew..." I am still shaking out of fear.
"He knew what?" Friela was confused as well as Vaness.
"I... I'm sorry if I held this as a secret for so long." I said, "My— my uncle was doing the same stuff to me over and over again. There was one morning when I'm doing the dishes when his son's mug slip on my hand. His son cried and told to my uncle that I broke it. He punched me on stomach and kicked me until I almost passed out. His son was just watching us. My sight became blurry, I almost can't see anything. He suddenly pushes me on the sink and remove my clothes. I was screaming for him to stop, but he slap me. Blood rushed in my mouth, but he didn't care. He wanted to rape me while his son is watching. I can't take it anymore." I hid my face with my hands and started crying. I tried my best to continue my story.
"I... my world stopped. Everything stopped. I feel like I'm dying, but I tried my best to fight for my life. I was punching him lightly when I accidentally held a knife. I didn't realize what I did until blood was all over me and his son. I slit his throat." I finished. Both of their eyes became wide, and I can see how confused they were.
"T-that's impossible!" Vaness shouted. She looks angry.
"I'm sorry Vaness, Friela. I didn't want to remember this stuff, that's why I hide it. The police told me as well that I should forget it, and move forward. But, I feel guilty. I feel like I am a murderer. All the time." I bursted and cry.
Friela hugged me lightly. "It's okay, Luce. We're here to support you and help you." she told me while patting my head. Vaness on the other hand, was shaking. Is she angry that I kept it secret all the time?
"T-that's impossible, right Lucy? Right?" she was really shaking.
"I'm sorry but it's the tru—"
"THAT'S NOT WHAT I MA— T-THAT'S NOT WHAT I HEARD!" She interrupted me. Friela tried to calm her down.
"I just don't really want to remember such memory. It's my darkest past that I want to bury from the depths of the hell." I explained.
"So, this man who's claiming to be your uncle's son was your kidnapper?" Friela asked. Vaness calmed down for a bit.
"Yes. I think, so. That's what he said. He tried to provoke me, and he triggered my anxiety. That's why the voices came back." I answered.
"Do you remember his face?" Vaness became serious this time. I don't know what was running in her mind right now.
I clenched my fist. He was talking and he exposed his face to me but... "I don't know why, but I can't remember his face. No single detail of it." I said.
Friela puts a sad face, "How are we going to find your kidnapper, then?" she asked me.
Vaness suddenly stood up and storm out of the room. Friela and I met each other's eyes.
"What's wrong with her?" Friela asked me. I shrugged.
