Chapter 2: JOGGING
AZENITH'S POV
"Here are the orders ma'am," The waitress mumbled and put down all the orders we had.
"Thank you," The three of us uttered together as we give wide smiles to the girl who assist us.
She also smiled at us and even bowed her head to show respect to us. As if we were gods in here, that girl shouldn't have done that.
The thing is, we were just normal people in here. We still lived like them, the only thing they see of us is our fame.
Even if we are famous and rich, we're still human like them. Everything should be equal and anything in this world should be treated down to earth.
I'm not a fan of being too high for everyone who doesn't have what you have right now. Cause, first of all, you won't have those without them.
Popularity is always a problem in our society. In our country everything, everyone should be treated the same.
No high, no low. It should be the same, there should be a balanced treatment for everyone.
Because even you, if you're treated so wrong and unlike the other one. You'll probably or more like surely you'll get angry.
But I must say that waitress is a good and respectful person. She deserved a good treat not because she's polite, but because she deserves it.
I spooned a bit of a slice of a red velvet cake and poured chocolate syrup on it. Mica and Jayle did the same thing too, while I'm busy sipping on my cold coffee.
Usually, I drink hot in the morning but it depends on my mood. Right now I wanted some chill coffee, that won't pressure me on blowing it to get colder.
"What time is the premier, by the way?" Jayle asks in the middle of our silence.
"You just broke the silence Jayle," Mica mocked and laughed.
"7 pm will be the arrival of the actress and 8 pm will be the start of the event." I simply answered before sipping again on my coffee.
"Is Simon will be there too?"
Jayle and I quickly turned our gaze to Mica who asked the question. She knows how to make Jayle annoyed.
I laughed at what she said and looked at Jayle's reaction. She's furious right now but sad to say Simon will be there too.
"Of course, he'll be there. Ten films will be released at premier nights and so everyone who is an actress on each film will be present." I answered and tried to sound good and calm.
Although I'm already laughing inside, I don't want to show it because Jayle might curse me for laughing at her.
"Whatever, at least I didn't bury our past." She mocked a wink at me.
"You're just this one fan of joking, Jayle. So far I just buried it all, it can be still restored unlike burning it all. Right, Mica?" I backfired glancing at Mica who threw a furious eye on us.
"Shut up! You're talking nonsense in here, we're supposed t--." I cut her off,
"You were supposed to be marrying her,"
It wasn't my intention to laugh but Jayle was the first one who laughed loudly. As if no one was looking at us, she is a disaster woman.
"Oh come on! Shut up!" Gritted teeth as Mica uttered those closer to us.
She pulled a strand of our hair making us groan in laughter, not in pain.
We knew she'll do that, but we let her do it so she could at least defend herself.
"Argh! Let's just eat okay? At least I didn't throw our engagement ring in the lake." She backfired making me laugh more.
HAHAHA, oh my god. Everything is getting hotter in here, I think we should go home.
"You guys are having fun huh?" Jayle mocked.
"I guess?" Mica shrugged as I just rolled my eyes and pick up all my things.
"It's already 6 am, I need to go to my office. Aren't you guys gonna visit your men?" I mumbled and wink at them before turning mg back.
"What a murderer!" Mica laughed and stood up carrying her bag and coffee.
"Oh, so I'll pay the bills again? God gracious you all!" Jayle shouted making the crowd laugh at us.
See how it affects you when you're shown in public. Everything is getting better and your confidence will gain more.
That's why I never hide from the crowd and just leave it there. I don't want to ruin myself by hearing those gossip and issues in the outside world.
"Goodbye girls! Have fun in this shop!" I heard Jayle shout as she passed by a group of girls who also waves their hands to her.
I smiled at what she did as Mica looked at Jayle carefully too. She's cool by doing it, that's the spirit of a good famous person.
They should always approach their fans politely and energetically. Even if it wasn't a fan of yours, still approach and smile at them.
"She already had the spirit and confidence. You did the progress of her very well Aze." Mica mumbled and complimented me more.
"Oh come on, it was her choice to improve her confidence more not mine." I simply answered before I went inside the car and waited for them to get in.
"You bitch! you didn't say you have confidence already." Mica shouted so proud to Jayle as I just laughed at them and start the engine of the car.
The quiet breeze of the air is giving me a relaxing feeling. Everything that happened in my past will never be part of my present.
I smiled at that thought and let the window open as I drive the car softly.
"You're being so mean with her! she's my best friend!" Sy scolded me in front of our college friends.
"Yeah, she's your best friend. And I'm your girlfriend! Do you ever think what thoughts it'll give me?!" I shouted back at him.
"Zenith she's been my best friend for years! It'll never go beyond it! It's always you! Yo---,"
"Me? It has always been her! You never fucking care about me, did you? Huh, of course, you didn't you idiot!" I shouted and blamed her as I left him alone on the stage.
We never had the usual sweet conversation. Maybe at our first time as a lover we had, but when time goes by.
Everything suddenly change when her best friend decided to study in our school.
I never felt comfortable when she was with us when we were having our private date together. I don't want her being around us because it feels so disgusting.
She's supposed to be acting like a best friend, not a mistress! Her position isn't enough to make him closer to my man.
Yes, she's his best friend, but I'm the girlfriend that supposed to be the one who's taking care of him.
But guess what happened? She takes it all away from me and that fucking! Sy let her do it all and put all the blame on me for why we ended up like that.
My tears fell down my cheeks making me realize that I was having memory flashbacks again.
I should've not opened the window. It always gives me time to think about the past and it flashes on my visions.
"Aze?"
"Aze?"
"Ah, yea?! What? What's wrong?" I panicked when everything sink into my mind already.
I almost forgot I'm now in the reality,
Yeah, reality.
