Chapter 61: The Great Battle for the Plains Finale
*KAAAAAABBBBBOOOOOOOOOMMMMM!!!*
A giant explosion shook the very earth itself as it tore through the Demons army, annihilating more than 2/3rd of them from that attack alone.
Everyone of us from the Orc battlefield was stunned, even the mindless monsters stared at the giant mushroom cloud in shock after the strongest of us braced for the shockwave and stared on at the destruction that the massive explosion caused.
"HAHAHAHA! You see that you demon bastards?! You thought you could come into our lands and get away with it?! This is where you lose!" Yamato said with a laugh as she pointed her Kanabo at the three Demon generals while standing on top the dead body of the Gleeok under her feet.
"Damnit! It wasn't supposed to go this way!" Helia shouted out before deftly deflecting the attack from Ibaraki who was pushing her back with her massive bone sword.
"Fufu, this is where you die." Shuten said as she sword clashed with Lusts clawed hands.
"Hmph! Even if this mission has gone to shit, theirs no way we will be taken down by you lot!" Lust fought back with all her might, their real demons, they don't go down that easy.
(N) Unless a hero with plot armor along with a demons slaying sword pops up out of nowhere and royally kicks your- oh wait he already did didnt he?
"Well this just keeps getting better, now entertain me more demon, and maybe I'll give you a quick death." Ibuki says with a evil looking smile as she has to go all out and enter her divine Oni form to deal with the spearwoman before her.

'Tch! When did the Oni's get this strong? Our spy network needs to get back together to get important info like this!' Mizyna shouted internally as she was constantly put on the back end between her and Ibuki as she keeps narrowly dodging her snake whip like blade that kept attacking her.

Elsewhere on the Zora Front
"Nows are chance my soldiers! Let's slay these beasts with the aid of our allies! Now Charge Forth!" Sidon shouted as he took the lead forward as he and the Zora army began to cut through the now mostly broken Lizalfo army with Goblins attack with arrows, Elves with forest magic as roots came out from the soil and began imposing Lizalfos on the spikes while the Witches used their various forms of magic to attack allowing them to cut through them quickly.
Though I'm the back line Mipha was getting very tired from helping heal the wounded soldiers, but thankfully no one was getting injured as the Lizalfos have been broken by that attack, but there were still to many injured for her to help.
"Allow us to help aid you Princess Mipha." She hears a woman say as she turns to see the approach of a tall blindfolded woman who was accompanied by two small goblins who were carrying staffs.
"We can't let you carry all the work alone, so we are here to help!" One of the goblins who was wearing a provocative outfit with a crown on her head says with a look of determination in her eyes as the other goblin nods with her with an eager look.
Mipha just smiles when hearing that, "I would be glad for your aid." She says with a nod before she, Maria of the elves and Regina and her daughter Cait work together to begin to heal up the wounded Zora with there magic.
But by now everyone knew that the battle was all but won.

Back on the Oni Battlefield.
"Ugghh!!!" The leader of the Darknut's grunts out as she is sent skidding backwards before forcing herself to come to a stop as she was standing back to whack with the remaining still standing members of the Darknut squad with several kneeling and unable to continue as their weapons and armor lay broken on or around them.
"Surrender now, this battle is all but done, and I have no intention of killing you off." I point my blade at them as I spit out the blood in my mouth as I looked her over.
By now the Lizalfos were all but dead, almost all of the Lynels were defeated and dead on the ground while the remaining Zora Army will reach us soon enough.
"Grrr, why don't you kill us like you have done with the rest? This is war there is no place for mercy on the battlefield!" She shouts out as she rips off her helmet and looks at me with a full on death glare in her eyes.
"There is no mercy on the battlefield, only the strong can offer mercy to the weak, I only off mercy to you Darknut's unlike the rest of the monsters on this battlefield only because I know you can think and feel unlike the rest who are pure monsters that are no better than mindless beasts, now you have lost so honor your side of the bet." I say as I let my blade down and let it stay sticking out of the ground as I rested my hand on the hilt.
"…. Fine, we lost, this is your win Goblin King, do with us as you will…." She says as she tosses away her sword and not long later as her companions drop there weapons in giving up.
Soon enough my Orc women and the Oni's go over and tie up their hands behind their backs before tying them all together by a long rope before tying them to Cleo who began to lead them back towards our FOB as this battle was over.
I look to the distance as I noticed three black beams of light shoot off into the sky and escape northward as the leaders make their escape from this battle.
The day was won and in the end we were the winners on this day.
Not long later the Zora army met up with our army as they saw the devastation from our battles as the many Lizalfos, Lynels, Hinoxes and even a giant Gleeok lay dead at our feet with only a few injuries here and there which Mipha, Maria, Regina and Cait came along to heal everyone up, all in all besides injuries that were all healed up nobody ended up dying thankfully.
Though even if there were casualties on our end they would have been revived back at my village, but the reality of it is that we won with no losses, a truly flawless victory.
But now the most important things to come were none other than the spoils of war, The Lizalfo Horns, normal and electric along with claws, fangs and tails were split evenly between all parties, the Lynel corpses such a as the Horns, Fangs, Claws and Manes were split 50/50 between us and the Oni's while the Hinoxe bodies and Gleeok went totally to the Oni's as they were the ones taking them down after they decided to buy off the only Hinox Gaylee killed with a small chest of gold since Hinox parts are good to make strong armor and weapons.
So with that all out of the way we let people stay to cut up the bodies to get the most out of all the monster bodies we had earned this day while I, Shuten, Arachne and Sonia followed after Sidon, Mipha and Asui who led us to the Zora City to talk with the King and recieve our due thanks.
