"This… this is all impossible…" Muttered Zeus with broken facade.
"All of the things I said are true." Replied Marcus without comforting his broken father.
"This is all too ridiculous!" Shouted Apollo, he too can't believe what Marcus said. Because first of all he is the God of Prophecy so he would've seen this scene inside his head way before but that didn't happen at all.
"I usually don't agree with my stupid brother but what he is saying is right, this is indeed ridiculous," Said Artemis on the sideline while her silver form continues to diminish from the dark lightning that struck her earlier.
Seeing all of them disagree against him all at the same time made Marcus groaned from frustration. 'I don't know if they're just idiots or their pride just can't accept it?' He thought while letting out a tired sigh.
"You guys asked me a question and I answered it truthfully, wether you believe it or not, the choice is yours," He said.
"Now back to the topic. I need you to give up the throne, I will give you two option, you give it to me willingly or I will take it over from your soul," With a bone chilling voice he said.

There is a reason why Marcus has been this edgy and emo lately. There are two dominant power inside Marcus' divinity.
One is divinity over lightning which is pretty evident since he uses this a lot and the second is divinity over souls.
Long long ago, before the Greeks, Romans, Atlantians and any civilization, there was the Seranians.
The Seranians worship a pantheon of powerful Gods who oversee the entire world without borders. If today the world is ruled by many pantheons like the Norse, Greeks, Romans, and Egyptian then back then the world is only ruled by one supreme Pantheon and that is the Seranian Pantheon. Led by the Supreme Goddess of Souls Sera.
Goddess Sera is the supreme god who have dominion over soul, the Seranian people believe that the supreme law that overruns the world isn't chaos nor order but soul.
Because from Soul comes the quality of a man, the righteousness, the chaoticness, the personal perspective of an individual is all in the soul. Meaning Chaos and Order is born not from the Origin but from the Soul.
This was the belief of the Seranian people.
The Seranian people are the first civilization or the first empire to rule over the entire world, they are the very fist world empire.
Whether it be technological advancement or military advancement they have it all. But considering that they were such an advanced empire, how did they fall? Well it was quite a tragedy caused by a cosmic horror.
It was a tragedy that destroyed their empire. It was not an apocalyptic natural disaster or a war that destroyed the Seranians.
What devastated and brought them to extinction was the outer gods. Specifically Cthulhu.
! Cthulhu is a horrific cosmic entity. Picture, if you will, an ancient, monstrous being that lies dormant beneath the depths of the ocean, hidden away from the prying eyes of humanity.
Long ago, when Earth was still young, Cthulhu and its kin ruled over the planet, but as eons passed, they fell into a deep slumber. Cthulhu's appearance is a nightmare in itself: a grotesque combination of an octopus, a dragon, and a human, with a multitude of writhing tentacles and a head that defies description.
It is said that if Cthulhu were to awaken, it would bring madness and chaos to the world. The mere glimpse of its form can shatter a person's sanity, and its influence can corrupt the minds of those who dare to delve into the forbidden knowledge it represents.
Cthulhu embodies the idea that there are incomprehensible forces in the universe, far beyond human understanding, and that to confront them is to risk madness.
And that is exactly what happened. Cthulhu awakened from his slumber and brought madness and chaos over the Seranian Empire.
His cult of followers used strange dark magic to cause chaos while Cthulhu led the vanguard and fought against the Seranian Pantheon.
Their battle razed the world to the ground sending back the advancement of the entire world to a thousand years in the past.
The entire Seranian pantheon died fighting Cthulhu with only the Supreme Goddess Sera surviving but even with her power over the soul she can't win.
So she used half of her essence and sealed Cthulhu back into the ocean alongside with his followers. She also fell into deep slumbered due to the exhaustion of power only to be awaken a thousand years later when Zeus took the throne.
She took this opportunity to steal Zeus' divine essence to conceive Marcus; The weapon she created to fight against the one who will destroy the world once again.
She cultivated Marcus inside her womb for a thousand years making him the greatest vessel to hold multiple divinity.
And only then did she finish cultivating him 17 years ago where she gave birth to Marcus and at the same time planted fake memories inside Zeus.
When Marcus was in Japan, Sera once again showed herself to Marcus where she gave her Divinity.
But there was a condition, Marcus must first cut off all of his emotion to inherit her power. You see a soul has two sides, the pure side where all positive thoughts and actions came from and the dark side where all of the chaotic, psychopatchic, unethical actions and thoughts came from.
Since Marcus was made to be a weapon in mind Sera only let Marcus inherit the dark side of her divinity so that Marcus will be able to become apathetic towards the world.
To inherit this power she must first kill Marcus' emotion so she delved into him and made him suffer all the suffering of the entire human race.
She made him experience every kind of suffering. Death from hunger, death from plague, from murder, from betrayal, from assault, from war, from disease. She made him experience this all. That's why Marcus is so angry at her mother. Many of his emotions might be dead right now with only one sense of duty remaining inside him. She instilled one doctrine inside his head, 'Kill Cthulhu'
