Chapter 83: I'M JUST TEASING YOU
"M-MOTEL?" ShenYi gasped.
Zhang Feng smirked.
"Hmmm.... So planned this all along?" He teased her.
"What?! You pervert!" She quickly denied.
'If I only knew this would happen, then I'll rather walk for miles again!' She exclaimed to herself.
Suddenly, the owner of the hotel came out. She was surprised to see two young people.
"Hello! Are you accommodating one of our rooms here?" She asked.
"...." Both of them were embarrassed to speak.
"Ai, don't be so embarrassed. I've already encountered many young couples here. There are some who were much younger than you. Alright! I'll prepare your room." The fat lady, was encouraging them to take one room. She was a businesswoman after all who needs profit.
As she walk inside, ShenYi stopped her.
"Ah, madam! I just ask if you have two vacant rooms?" They had no choice but to stay there, so she asked for available rooms instead.
"Ai, I'm sorry to tell you but there's only one room left. However, it's illogical to think that you two will be staying at separate rooms. This is a motel, not a hotel ones."
ShenYi understands the fat lady's opinion. However, she's not accustomed to have a male companion in her room! Eventhough he's her boyfriend, she was very nervous!
She tried to search for other nearby building within her sight, but she was stupefied when Zhang Feng spoke.
"Alright madam. We'll avail one room for tonight."
"Ah?!" She involuntarily reacted.
"Good! Thank you for your visit here! It only costs 200 yuan for tonight." The woman exclaimed with joy.
ShenYi was dumbfounded. Her head couldn't process properly as Zhang Feng lead her towards their room.
With a light sound of closing doors, ShenYi snapped back to her senses.
"Zhang Feng! What are you planning to do?!" ShenYi posed in a defensive style.
Zhang Feng chuckled.
"Relax. Aren't you excited instead?"
ShenYi narrowed her eyes and glared at him deeply.
"Don't you dare to tease me! I'll beat you up!"
"Hey, you're the one who planned it. Why are you regretting now?" Zhang Feng was amused with her reaction.
ShenYi gritted her teeth. She didn't anticipate this event was going to unfold.
"I'm leaving now!"
But as she was getting to hold the door knob, a loud thunder stunned' her.
"Ai, I'm just teasing you. Don't go. The weather outside isn't good." Zhang Feng sighed. He felt guilty for scaring her.
ShenYi sighed. Why did she feel scared now? She was disappointed to herself. Doesn't she trusted Zhang Feng enough? Does she still have any doubts about him now?
"I'm just teasing you." He pinched ShenYi's nose.
"Alright. I think it's time for us to sleep." She replied, keeping the guilt in her heart.
"However, the problem is..." She embarrassingly said.
"It's okay, I'll sleep on the couch." Zhang Feng volunteered.
"Uhmm..."
Seeing the small sofa near the wall, ShenYi felt uncomfortable when she imagined Zhang Feng crouching his back. She felt a warmth in her heart when she realized that this man was willing to sacrifice himself for her.
"No need. This bed was quite spacious. We can fit here." She lightly tapped the bed.
Zhang Feng's eyes shone with mischief again.
"Seems to be a good idea. Two of us in one bed?"
"Ai, stop teasing me again. I can make this pillow as a boundary!" She then threw the pillow towards Zhang Feng.
"Tsk. Let's go to sleep now." He rushed under the covers and laid by ShenYi's side.
"Hey! Let me cover myself first." She automatically pouted and hugged a big pillow.
This was her first time to be so close with a man, since child, only her father was the man who is beside her while sleeping.
Zhang Feng widely grinned. She looked like a lost bunny. She was wearing a full armor and fighting with a beast.
He turned off the lights, leaving the lampshade on the bed side and sighed.
"Sleep. We're going to leave early tomorrow."
"Yeah good night..." She replied.
Zhang Feng relaxed. ShenYi's sweet voice was enchanting him. It cradles him to sleep.

After some time, Zhang Feng woke up in the middle of night. He subconsciously looked at his side.
"Xiao Yi, what's wrong?" He sat up after seeing ShenYi sitting, deeply staring at him.
"Hey, with that look, it seems like you're going to devour me." He tried to lighten up the mood.
"I'm sorry." She said lifelessly.
"Ah, why are you saying sorry now? It should be me." Zhang Feng cursed himself again. He's way too naughty.
"Nothing. It's just I didn't trust you enough. Maybe you felt wrong when I'm trying to distance myself from you earlier." She looked down.
"Hush. We're still students. I'm not in a rush and I'm willing to wait until you're ready."
With his words, ShenYi started to tear up quietly.
"Yi, you know, there are many things you still didn't know about me. It is me who didn't trust you enough. I already knew your past, but you still didn't know mine. It's very unfair for you." He added.
She responded with a straight stare in his eyes.
Indeed. She knew his past didn't matter to her. But what she wants is that Zhang Feng would trust her enough and tell everything about him.
Zhang Feng started to speak, "When I was five years old, my life was a perfect one. Like every child, I was enjoying myself. Having a complete family, getting everything I've wanted, all the riches were granted to me easily."
