Upon their return to the Zoya family house Vladimir found the family still asleep, he left Rurik to return to his partner in the kennels and began his morning exercise strength and agility exercises.
His enhanced mind created a three dimensional opponent who he fought with tirelessly with his using his new Systema methods. For perhaps an hour he faced his holographic opponent tirelessly in battle taking his mind and body to the edge.. then out of the corner of his eye he sensed movement and saw the Pamela and Zoya watching him giggling.
"What, am I funny?" Asked Vladimir jokingly. Have you ladies never seen a sexy Russian guy exercising before.. he said laughing. Vladimir grabbed his towel and walked over to them.
As he leaned in to kiss Pamela, he felt her hands roam his chest for a moment..
Very impressive said Zoya. Are you going to teach us some skills, we should see how our enhancements handle some self defence training." She suggested to Pamela.
After thinking for a moment, Vladimir introduced them the system of fighting techniques as he had been taught at the academy..
The girls were amazingly fast and picked up the fighting techniques..
He taught them, weapon disarmament, throws, blocks, locks, strategic thrusts, knees, rolls, the fluidity of Systema..
Then Vladimir went from instructing to pairing them off against each other. They weren't a danger to each other as their enhancements offered them immensely precise movements and they were equally paired, neither having fought before systematically. The girls laughed as they fought.
Vladimir ocassionally corrected them here and there.
Suddenly he warned the girls, "Your father's here!"
The girls slowed their training, but continued as he had already observed them in their instruction...
"She dresses herself with strength and makes her arms strong." Zoya's father Mikhail spoke quietly as if in awe..
Sir...? Questioned Vladimir..
"Proverbs 31:17." answered Mikhail.
