Help me, it's like the walls are caving in

Kayla's POV
Hi my name is Kayla Andrews and I had the best family anyone could ever wish for. Movie Nights, Picnics and Walks in the park every Saturday but that all changed until one Sunday afternoon when my dad divorced my mum. The mum who made me feel safe and the mum who taught me how to fight when in danger. But one day things went too far as he came home drunk and he raped me and left me to die. If Natalie came in a few minutes later I would've been dead. I owe my life to Natalie if it wasn't for her, I would've been dead.
Flashback:
'Why' Mum shouted
'What do you mean' Dad shouted back
'You found another whore to sleep around with isn't that the reason' Mum said
A slap echoed the room as mum lifted her hand to where dad had hit her
'You promised' Mum said with venom lacing her tone
'Well sometimes promises are meant to be broken darling' Dad said with a smirk
'I'll sign them on one condition. If I get to take Kayla and Natalie with me.' Mum said
'Fuck no. I'm going to make them regret they were ever born.' Dad said
'If you even lay a hand on them, I'll make sure you regret it.' Mum said
'Regret what this' Dad said while coming over to me.
He dragged me by my hand making sure there would be bruises by tomorrow. He pushed me onto the floor and slapped me with all his strength. I screamed in pain. After 2 more hard blows to my cheek
'STOP I'm begging you just stop.' Mum shouted
'I'll sign them just don't hit her please.' Mum said
'Fine here you go' Dad said while throwing the papers at mum
She signed them and the minute she put her signature on the paper dad threw her out the room while he grabbed me by the hair and dragged me to the carpet and hit me on my cheek twice as hard, I screamed in pain as his grip loosened. I took this chance to run to mums' room. I ran into her room to see her packing her stuff.
'You're actually going' I asked her crying
'Yes, darling I have to but I promise I'll come visit or even maybe take you and Natalie away from him okay' Mum said
'Ok I'll be waiting' I told her
But she never came. Dad was right sometimes promising are meant to be broken

Another Flashback
It was a normal Monday morning at school I had Economics next. I went up to my locker to get the required books for the lesson but what I didn't expect was when I closed my locker to be greeted by the school bully Melanie King.
'Well look who we have here' She said
I flinched as she tried to slap me
'Mel don't hit her cos she'll go to Parker if we hit her' Chris said
I took this opportunity to run to my Economics class but I was too late as Chris slammed me onto my locker and had a tight grip on my neck, I tried to wiggle out of his grip but he was too strong I was left with no choice but to knee him where the sun doesn't shine he loosened his grip on me with gave me the chance to run to my class but he was quick to grab my hand and slam me onto the floor
'Looks like this bitch likes it rough.'
I squirmed to get out of his grip but it was of no use because his grip was tight and I knew that by tomorrow there would be bruises. If I would live until tomorrow. I felt him getting taken off me and with that I ran to the bathroom locking myself in a stall so no-one could find me. I sat on the floor and cried. I cried for my mum not being there and not knowing if she was even safe. A few minutes later Ava entered the bathroom and knocked on my stall. I opened the door and cried into Ava's shoulder.
'Take me home Ava' I said
'Are you sure' Ava said
'I'm sure' I told her confidently
'Ok' Ava said hesitantly
I entered my house only to see Ava had left the second I entered my room but what I didn't expect was when Dad was sitting in my chair staring at me with a piece of cloth in his hands. He went behind me and put the piece of cloth on my mouth and I passed out. But before I passed out, I heard him say
'You've been a bad girl Kayla and Bad girls get a punishment.'
About 30 minutes after I passed out, I regained conscious and I saw dad doing the worst punishment anyone could imagine. He was RAPING me.
Stop I shouted but that earned me a slap to the cheek. He covered my mouth with his filthy hands to stop me from screaming but I kicked and threw my hands that he left the room only to bring out a whip he slapped me once more to keep me crying but this time he cut me with his ring and blood was coming out of my cheek. He flipped me onto my back and started to whip me that when I put my hand on my back my hand was filled with blood. He turned me back around to finish what he started but what I didn't expect was when he had a knife in his hands and traced my skin with it before landing it on my thigh and stabbing it then trailing it back up and stabbed me in the stomach. I groaned out in pain while he left, I started crying on my bed and Natalie came in and had tears in her eyes. I mustered up all the energy I had to tell her to call Aunt Laura. She took my phone from the nightstand and called her. She told me she would be here in 2 minutes. I don't know if I could live for 2 more minutes but I had to. For Natalie. For Derek. For Ava and For Mum. I heard the door open and Aunt Laura rushed towards me and picked me up I passed out in her arms but before I did Natalie said
