Chapter 15.
Team Rocket. _______________________________________________________________________________
The gang quickly arrived at the Pokémon Centre.
After entering the Pokémon centre, the gang spotted many trainers who arrived to check up on their Pokémon health and find a room in the Pokémon centre to stay.
Pokémon Centre provides a place for trainers to stay for free. Many trainers stay at the Pokémon Centre.
But the Pokémon Centre only offers basic facilities. Rich Trainers don't like staying in Pokémon Centres; they stay in big hotels. And some public transports are free for trainers.
That is how many people became trainers without worrying about a place to stay. And trainers can also sleep in the wild if they can't find a place.
Trainers have to only care about food while travelling in forests. The money for food can be gained by winning Gym battles.
After winning Gym battles, trainers get gym badges and a lot of cash. Many trainers participate in tournaments for money and to train their skills, Pokémon. Trainers also battle among themselves to gain some cash.
Due to having many Pokémon, the world is self-sustaining. Unlike Silver's previous world, where there may be a lack of resources due to consumption.
Here, Pokémon World has abundant resources due to Pokémon. This makes the Pokémon world rich.
After waiting for a while in line, the gang handed over their Pokémon for a check-up to Nurse Joy.
Nurse Joy, with her Pokémon Chansey, quickly used Healing techniques to check the Pokémon. After a few seconds, Nurse Joy handed over Pokémon to the gang.
"Your Pokémon are in good health." Nurse Joy said.
"Do Pokémon Centre still have free rooms for Trainers?" Silver asked without wasting a second because if Pokémon Centre ran out of free rooms, they had to go out and find a place for tonight somewhere else.
The gang doesn't have money to book a room in the hotel. So, they would have to sleep in tents on open fields. Silver still hasn't gotten used to sleeping in rough beds under tents. He wanted to sleep at least this day in the soft bed of the Pokémon centre.
"You have arrived just in time. There are still some rooms left out." Nurse Joy said to the gang.
Nurse Joy called an assistant to show the room to the gang.
Soon the gang was taken to their room. A single room in the Pokémon Centre has six beds—three beds on each side. A single bed is enough for an adult person.
"Thank you for bringing us here." Silver said to the Assistant joyfully as he didn't have to sleep on the roads for tonight.
"Thanks." Ria, Ash, and Misty said joyfully as well.
"Riolu, Eevee, Pikaa." Pokémon exclaimed as well.
The Assistant quickly left after showing room to the gang.
Everyone jumped onto their beds after deciding on their beds.
Gang took a nap for a few hours. Then they freshened up and went separately to see the city.
Silver and Riolu went to a cheap restaurant and had food.
The food in this world was more delicious than in his previous world due to having no pollution and the extraordinary powers of this world.
Silver roamed around the city, looking at many places.
Ria went to see the malls and Pokémon hairdressers. She wanted to make her Eevee look even more beautiful, but it was costly due to the lack of money she had to return.
Ash and Pikachu roamed the city while Misty closely followed him. Ash felt that he couldn't escape from her.
At night gang returned to the Pokémon centre. And they slept in their beds happily due to being tired.
Midnight. ------------
"Haa." Ash got up in his sleeping dress while still rubbing his sleepy eyes. He woke up as he had to go to the washroom urgently.
"Pikaa, Pikachu." Pikachu woke up due to Ash's movement. Pikachu slept on Ash. Pikachu also is very sleepy as it rubs its eyes.
Ash gets out of his bed and runs to the washroom nearby.
Misty got up as Staryu woke her up. Misty told Staryu to watch the gang as she didn't believe the group. She felt that the gang wouldn't compensate for the bike and instead would escape in the mid of the night.
Misty glanced around as she saw that everyone was sleeping soundly. Misty quietly followed Ash.
Misty followed Ash to the washroom but stopped outside as she could not enter the men's toilet.
Misty waited until Ash returned. Ash finally came out.
"Why are you here?" Ash questioned, seeing Misty outside the washroom.
"I am just here to check whether you would escape." Misty said while glancing at Ash like he was the thief.
"Wait, are you here to spy on me?" Ash said while he felt Misty was creepy.
"Why are you looking at me like that?" Misty asked since Ash was looking at her weirdly.
Misty was about to speak, but the lights in the Pokémon Centre turned off.
"Why did the power turn off?" Ash looked around.
Suddenly some sounds came from far away. And the Pokémon centre begins to burn.
Ash runs towards the sound by listening to the sound. Misty follows Ash.
Ash and Misty come near the room where the heavily injured Pokémon rest after being healed by Nurse Joy.
"Now that every Pokémon is caught. let's get away." A man said.
"Yea, Yea. let's go." A woman said.
"We still have enough time, as trainers in the Pokémon will try to put out the fire first. It was the best idea to put a fire in the Pokémon centre." A kid-like voice said.
Ash can see them due to fire. They are a lavender-haired man, a pink-coloured-haired woman, and a Meowth carrying Pokeball bags full of Pokeballs.
"You cannot steal someone else's Pokémon. YOUU thieves.!!!" Ash roared angrily.
"How can you steal Pokémon like that? I am calling Officer Jenny." Misty stated as she took out her Pokedex.
"Koffing use smoke screen." The men commanded.
"Koffing, koff." Koffing pumped out smoke from its body. Due to this smoke, Ash and Misty cannot see clearly.
After a few minutes, the smoke cleared. Ash and Misty can now see properly.
By this time, the fire rescue team has arrived with water Pokémon and put away most of the fire in the Pokémon centre.
"All Squirtles use water gun." A man with a fireproof dress arrived with many Squirtle near to Ash and Misty.
