Chapter 592: Small Team
Slowemperor had finally recovered and it was ready to fight again. Charizard would take at least a week to heal and it may not be able to participate in the tide battle because Axel wanted to finish the tide battle as fast as he could.
"Sir, you want us to go in a small team and then kill as many king-rank Pokemons as possible?", asked Liam.
"Yes Liam, that is the plan."
"Sir, they are trying to sacrifice themselves and also planning to save some of the king-rank Pokemons for their future. If we start to interfere, then all of them might attack at the same time.
I don't think that it is a good solution.", said Liam.
"You are right about it but what we need right now is to divide them. For whatever reason, the second leader is very capable and all the king-rank Pokemons support his decisions. This is not only due to its power cause if all the king-rank Pokemons fought against it, it would certainly lose.

"They will start to lose their confidence in the second leader.", replied Hector.
"Exactly and that is what we want. If we can capitalize on that then we will win this tide battle as soon as we can."
"But who is going to be in this small team?", asked Liam.
"Don't worry, I will go there myself.", said Axel.
"Sir, it is too dangerous. If something happens to you then the whole tide battle will be finished.", said Hector.
"Yes, but don't worry. Nothing will happen to me. I, Lance, and Alon will go there and do maximum damage to them. Our objective will be to kill as many tier 1 king-rank Pokemons as possible.
Killing tier 2 king rank Pokemons would take a long time and their numbers are also very low. So, we will focus on tier 1 king-rank Pokemons. We will have to make a good plan. We will be finishing the battle as soon as possible cause we cannot fight against that tier 3 king-rank Arcanine on our own.", said Axel.
Everyone nodded their heads. They need to plan this perfectly so that they will have the upper hand.
"So, when sir and others go there and kill king-rank Pokemons, then most of them will be angry and some of them might attack us too.", said Hector.
"Yes, that is why we have to be prepared. My first concern is to kill that tier 1 Gengar. It is the only ghost-type Pokemon they have and if we are able to kill it, then we can be relived during the night raid.
Let's select some of the tier 1 king-rank Pokemons that we have to kill and then make a plan according to it.", said Axel.
The meeting went on for an hour and they were finally able to select some of the tier 1 king-rank Pokemons that they should not miss.
Gengar Tauros Alakazam Hypno Beedrill Butterfree
There were the 6 Pokemons that they had decided to kill. After Gengar, Tauros was also very troublesome. Alon noticed that they were a herd of Tauros that was following this king-rank Tauros.
One Tauros may not be a problem but fighting against a herd of Tauros would be a very big problem. Alon and his ghost-type Pokemons would be perfect for this Tauros.
The team also wanted to kill as many psychic-type Pokemons as they could as they were a pain in the ass if they lived. Beedrill had a high attack but low defense, so it would be easier to kill and Butterfree could be very troublesome in the future if not taken care of.
"Sir, I can understand Alon as he is a ghost-type specialist and we are attacking at night but why are you also taking Lance? I mean Lance is strong but he lacks experience."
"Lance is a dragon-type trainer and most of his Pokemons are dragon type. So, in the case of an emergency, his Pokemons can come in handy as they can carry us and also defend us. The defense of dragon-type Pokemons is not low."

Lance POV
Lance had no problem with this arrangement. In fact, he was happy about it. He was finally going to show how powerful he and his Pokemons really were. Lance went to the training ground to talk to his Pokemons.
Flygon had also ranked up to king rank and now Lance had 3 king rank Pokemons with him. Even though all of them had ranked up recently, the power of these Pokemons could not be underestimated.
"Guys, tomorrow we are going to have a very good battle. Are all of you ready?"

All of them shouted in excitement. All of them had been training till they could not move for these past 3 weeks and their powers had increased a lot. Now, they wanted to show off their powers.

"Don't worry, they will be safe and sound. They will be here under the care of Charizard. Even though it is injured, it can handle some Pokemons. Also, Mew will be protecting them."
Gogoat nodded its head in understanding. If the kids are going to be okay, then he didn't have any problem with it.
"What do you want me to do in this mission?"
"Your mission is to do everything to protect your allies. That is all you have to do. You can also use your new move to protect them."
"Axel, I can only protect 6 of them with it."
"Don't worry, only use that move to the Pokemons that had a weak defense like Shedinja. We will be attacking at night, so you won't be using moves like 'Sunny day'. I don't want you to tell the enemy that we are here."

After 3 days, they were finally ready for a fight. Axel was not going to use any pseudo-king rank Pokemons this time. They might be a good help but they needed to finish this battle and return as fast as possible. So, they would only hinder this process.
At night, all three of them went into the deep forest. When they reached the place near the settlement of these Pokemons, all of them stopped and called out a handful of their king-rank Pokemons.
Axel didn't call out all of his Pokemons cause that would alert the enemy.
"Zoroark, transform into the dead Gengar that I showed you and call the king rank Gengar there. All of us would attack it at the same time and kill it.", said Alon.
Zoroark was going to another risky mission and it was ready for it. It slowly went towards the settlement. None of them could tell that it was Zoroark. It saw that the ghost Pokemons were getting ready to attack at night.
As it went deeper, it saw the king rank Gengar. This was a tier 1 king-rank Pokemon and it was the leader of the night raid. It had a special place among these wild Pokemons cause it was the only king rank ghost type Pokemon among them.
It saw how others were addressing Gengar and then took a deep breath and calmed itself. It then went towards Gengar and said that there was something fishy that it had found and it wanted Gengar to check it.
Since all of them were getting ready to attack at night, Gengar took it seriously and said that it would go with Zoroark to see what it was.
They slowly started to reach the designated place.
"Gengar, what is it that you wanted to show me? This place looks normal.", asked the king rank Gengar.
However, it started to run in the opposite direction. The king rank Gengar felt that there was some serious problem but it was hit by 'Hypnosis'.
All the Pokemons in Axel, Lance, and Alon's team that could use 'Hypnosis', used it towards Gengar. Since, the king rank Gengar was unprepared, it directly fell to sleep and Axel's Shedinja used 'Dream eater' to suck some of its life.
Then it used 'Shadow control' so that it would not be able to move. The chains made of shadow bound it. This was just a precaution. The king rank Gengar could not even shout as it was already fast asleep. Shedinja then used 'Night slash' multiple times and Gengar was finally killed.
Before it was killed, it also used 'Shadow absorption'. Since it was a ghost-type Pokemon, the boost provided by the move was higher than before.
They had finally killed the first king-rank Pokemon.

Zoroark was also not sitting quietly. It had already figured out the location of other king-rank Pokemons.
"Zoroark, what did you find?"
Zoroark started to tell about its experience.
"So, you are telling me that you have found 9 tier 1 king rank Pokemons that are living separately. Others are with the tier 3 king rank Arcanine.", said Axel.
Zoroark nodded its head.
"Good. Guys, we don't have enough time. First of all, Zoroark turn into this tier 1 king rank Gengar and tell them to start to attack the human settlement.", said Axel.
"But why?", asked Lance.
"That would give us some more time. When these Pokemons realize that something doesn't make sense, then we will be in trouble. We will have to start to kill these 9 tier 1 king-rank Pokemons.
I will go alone and first deal with that Tauros. Both of you will go deal with the Rapidash.
Remember, we are doing an assassination. So, try to make it discreet."
Tauros was an easy target. Shedinja became invisible and then went towards Tauros. It was a tier 1 king-rank Pokemon and Shedinja was tier 2 king rank Pokemon.
It went near Tauros and first started to use 'Hypnosis'. Most of the Tauros were sleeping and after using 'Hypnosis' multiple times, king rank Tauros had fallen asleep.
Then Shedinja went for the kill.

Rapidash had a glowing body as the fires were all over its body. So, it was pretty lively there. So, even if something happened there, there would a less chance that others would notice.
Zoroark did the same strategy as it transformed into a Rapidash and led the king rank Rapidash to a secret place. They were also able to kill it very easily. Since they had very little time, they could not kill other pseudo-king rank Pokemons.

This went on for about 1 hour and all the 9 tier 1 king rank Pokemons had been killed. Since it was night, they were not noticed.
"Axel, we have finished the mission. What should we do now? Should we try our luck and kill some of the tier 1 king-rank Pokemons too?", asked Lance.
