Chapter 1: Deep 'Dream'

Has anyone felt like you slept for a millennium? Because that is what I have been experiencing and as much as I try to lift my eyelids open it just doesn't work, feelings of helplessness, despair to insanity I have been through those phases but again what can I do?

'What have I done to deserve this?' I asked myself countless times but there is a point when you give up and just reflect.

Reflect on what you might ask? Well, right in this precise moment it's all on my sanity. Although you have many ''talks'' within your mind it never got to the point of what I am doing now, but hey push comes to shove ill give up after some time for sure.

Who am I? No one important just a normal person, who lived a normal life, born in a decent family, raised without anything major missing like food or clothes, and even had time to get a console in Santa time of flying and throw gifts through the windows of every residence cause he was too lazy to always go around and try to find random chimneys in apartment buildings...

Obviously, I'm joking on that.

Even my humor has gotten weird... Anyway, the first console got from my parents was a Nintendo Ds and the first game I had was Pokemon Pearl, I don't remember much about the game but I loved pokemon games after that and even collected games after that, pokemon cards, plushies, and figurines. Good times if I may say so. Obviously, I worked for most of it with my part-time job since I didn't want to bother my parents.

Well, I don't know what I should get to with this pointless talk.

But let us resume with my good and normal life?

Oh, can you look at that a white object is coming my way, there are 2 possibilities one it will pass right by my side and I manage to see it something in this uncomfortably dark dream or it just dissipates like an illusion.

I mean it is a rare happening but these white objects pass from time to time, and they always resemble different things like pen notebooks, even toilet paper, and the only thing that is the same in every single one of those things was their abnormal shade of white, those things can blind a person if they are too close.

And one coming my way is a first for me after all these years.

Oh, it's getting closer and closer to me. Should I get worried? probably but again who would care after who knows how long.

Okay, that is a joke I like my life more than anything except my belongings obviously. No one gets to rob this man. God my mind is all messed up for real.

I am uneasy tho the more the object approaches the more I feel unwell? I can't describe it, crisis extreme crisis, my stomach just feels like it is upside down, the feeling like something is wrong.

My consciousness is fading, I don't know maybe ill wake up or maybe ill die.

I want to hold on to and at least stay 'awake'. But it's beyond me.

Who cares really, what has to happen will happen.

....

After the random soul was swallowed by the white object, the object just froze in place then space broke, and the object kept shifting from pens to notebooks shifting back and forth until it broke into pieces and condensed again this time into an Orb, and with the help of the space disturbance, it was teleported to an unknown dimension.

In a strange small village, there can be seen people adorning robes of different colors everyone was kneeling in front of a baby on an altar, who was unusually pale, his expression was blank and his hair was glowing with the different colors adorned by the people kneeling.

If someone saw this they would think of a sacrificial ritual or something like that and in a sense, it was right but it was reverse the people in robes began to turn into ashes and the robes began to fuse and a messy colored robe formed and floated above the baby and it began to reduce its altitude slowly and began to be absorbed by the baby.

Then out of nowhere, a rift began to open, and an orb came out of it and collided with the robe and then the poor baby, but instead of the supposed thing that should happen when an object of extreme high-speed collides with anything really, like blood splatter or a hole of pure destruction but no.

The robe sustained the orbs impact and when in contact with the baby's skin everything began to get absorbed.

After an unknown amount of time, the baby began to glow like the rainbow, and although rainbow goes for Cough pride, it began to involve every possible color and the silhouette of the baby began to shift, and a random pen and notebook separated from the silhouette and then got absorbed again, an orb began to form on the baby head and it's for began to shift in various shapes until it just stayed in the form of a Solar eclipse.

It looked like a beautifully made gem with many colors mixing together in harmony, if you had good enough eyes for it you could tell that the colors were actually moving around constantly and at high frequency and then it just became a tattoo of it.

Then everything calmed down.

Complete silence.

Slowly a woman came up to the perimeter of the altar and looked around at the ashes around and began to tear up.

People might think that it was an insane thing or an offering to a god but in reality, the people of the village knew, the baby was bound to die and the people in robes were elder people who decided to give up on their life to break the ill fate of this weak baby. Obviously, this normally doesn't happen in the village and this was, believe it or not, the first time they used this method of ritual. Those elderly people believed that they didn't have much more to live, after all, all of them had their conditions and volunteered to this, it's not a secret what happened here.

After picking up the baby with extreme care, the woman as if holding the most precious thing in the world began to leave to head to the entrance of what seemed like a temple, and the moment he took a step outside the temple he saw about 300 people and some little cute creatures looking at him or more accurately the baby in his hand and in unison they gave a bow, nothing of the top like a 90-degree bow but still as if planned, the woman began to head to the crowd and just turned to the temple and gave a bow too.

Showing gratitude to the souls that were lost today, lost for a great cause? Grateful for their decisiveness.

The moment She bowed something unbelievable happened, the temple began to turn into dust and was blown by the wind.
