Pokemon: living the life of a Team Rocket grunt isn't so bad

A dude named Odin
Dies from a school shooter accident
That he was pretty much the cause of
Because of his excessive bullying towards the victim.
After dying he gets transmigrated to the Pokemon world and becomes a team rocket grunt
And fully embraces his life as one too.

This story is not for the weak and soft-hearted as this main character is not a good person
And will commit a lot of evil deeds
So be warned
