Inside the Pokemon Center
Jovan come to the receptionist again and give the badge that he got from the examiner.

Eevee and Mawile look at each other, then finally decided to do their own thing. Mawile goes to the Library and reads a book about science for some reason got interested in the content when Jovan read it in his free time before.

Jovan looking at the depressed Feebas, he knows why she become like that. After all, In the wild because of her inferior looks Feebas often got bullied, and even sometimes a Fierce Pokemon in the wild didn't want to eat it because of its look. I don't know if it is lucky or unlucky.
Besides this Champion-level Prism Scale is much more beautiful in appearance and aura which makes Feebas got sadder.
