Chapter 1: The journey begin
In Kanto Region, Celadon City. A skinny malnourished 16 years-old teen boy, with tan skin, dark-hair and blue eyes, wearing a set of cheap, ill-fitting clothes. Was digging through a trash can in the back of the restaurant, searching for something edible to eat. This boy's name was Valiant V Valor.
Valiant was reincarnated into the Pokemon World, after he lost a rigorous fight against a charry seed. He took the body of a deceased four-year-old when his family died in a bus accident, when they were going for a family trip. He lived in an orphanage ever since, until he turned sixteen, that's when you're considering an adult in the pokemon world.
Most begin their pokemon journey. But for Valiant, it meant that he wasn't the responsibility of the orphanage and was kicked out with only 500 poke dollars to his name. And here he was, five weeks later, searching through a trashcan to get something to eat. Because on the first day that he was kicked out, he bought two pocket balls which used up 400 of his poke dollars and he only earned a bite mark on his arm by a Growlithe.
He always thought that Reincarnating into the Pokémon world would be safe, easy to earn money, and fun adventures. But reality hit like a freight train, not every citizen in Kanto can get a pokemon you either had to be a member of the Pokemon Alliance or join one of the Guilds.
The only way to be in the Pokemon Alliance was if someone in your family was a member or to be sponsored by a member. Nepotism at its finest. They only had power because they are a unified group. While anyone can join any of the Guilds, as long as they have Pokemon and pay their fees.
The Guild is where all the powers at. They possessed some of the most powerful groups in Kanto the Bug Catcher, Scientist, Rangers, Breeder, Tamers, Poke-control and many more but the biggest group are the Joy Clan and Jenny.
But that's where their weakness lies, there's too much fighting between each group that they can't unify, and the Pokemon Alliance beats them with their unified power. In coexistence the Guilds work with the Pokemon Alliance or in case of the Joy and Jenny clan, they are semi-Alliance members. They receive all the benefits of the Pokemon Alliance, while still keeping their freedoms as Guild members.
Valiant only option is to join one of the guilds, but he needs pokemon to join. That's where lies the crevice of problem, Pokemon can only be beaten by another pokemon to be captured. Apparently pokemon in this world are different from the ones in the game. They fall into a rank category from S being the strongest and F being weakest.
F Ranks are typically Egg types or baby types, F and E Ranks are the Are the ordinary day-to-day food products. D Ranks peak level is 20, C Ranks peak level is 35, B Ranks peak level is 45, A Ranks peak level is 55 and S Rank is a kept secret.
Valiant stopped his search in the trashcan because he couldn't find anything, it looked like he was going to have to return to the shelter he was staying in and see if anybody had leftover scraps. As he was leaving the back of the restaurant, he encountered three hooligans And they started pointing and laughing at his dirty and torn clothing.
"Hey, Pauper, do you want my food?"
The hooligan opened his uneaten Turkey and ham sub and spat in it, drinking a large gulp of his drink he spatted back inside the cup, then laid them in the ground for him to pick up.
'Damn, if I was still my other world, I would kick this kid's ass! But in this world, food is food.'
Without hesitation, Valiant took a bite the food and left with it, before they did anything to him.
"Eww disgusting. I can't believe he actually did it."
"Damn, street rats! I don't know why we don't get rid of them?"
"Yeah, save me a bro."
The mortality in the pokemon world is high for a new pokemon trainers, four out of ten of trainers don't make it back alive. They either perished by wild Pokemon, terrain accidents, starving to death or encounters with outlaws. In the Pokemon World, they do have laws, but the world still on survival of the fittest, the strong make the laws and are above them too.
Later that night Valiant was sleeping in his cardboard box in the Shelter for all the homeless kids and adults When loud screams got his attention. Stepping inside, he saw that the three hooligans who gave him food were attacking the shelter with a Machop, Squirtle and Bulbasaur.
Which is extremely illegal to attack another person with a captured Pokemon. If these hooligans are caught, they're going to serve hard time. One of them stopped getting the tension of his friend.
"Hey look, bro, it's the kid you gave food to."
The hooligans pointed towards valiant, recognizing him.
"Trash. Squirtle get rid of him with your water gun."
The Squirtle shot a blast of water hitting Valiant's chest, throwing him back and slamming into other makeshift homes in the shelter. He got a few broken ribs from the attack and was going in and out of consciousness. Then, what he was expecting for so many years to happen he finally received his golden finger.

Valiant then Received everything that he had in his Mystic game file. The same game file that he used multiple cheats to get every Pokemon up to Gen 3 and maxed all their level out. He had also duplicated every single item, having multiple sets of 999 of them.
Unfortunately, no profession trainer, will come to save the shelter and the hooligans will leave before the police come and try to arrest them. In writhing pain Valiant changed his outfit for the iconic fire red Maine male protagonist outfit and covered his lower face with a makeshift bandana. To not be recognized for what he's going to do next.
Valiant then took out from his storage one of his favorite pokemon and released it out into the world.
"Go, Nidoking!"
Then information appeared on a Valiants mind.

He also received information that Nidoking Knows more than just 4 moves and kept all his other moves. Shifting its sight to the other pokemon he also saw their levels and ranks.

In a loud shout Valiant gave Nidoking its orders.
"Nidoking, Take out that Squirtle with a thunder punch."
Faster than he expected, Nidoking had dashed in front of Squirrel, punching it with its with its thunder punch, making the poor little creature burst into smithereens, ending its life.
"Nidoking, Take out Bulbasaur and Machop with flamethrower"
Nidoking unleashed a steady stream of fire turning Bulbasaur and Machop into ashes. He than turn his attention towards the hooligans. They were quivering in fear in the facing professional Pokemon trainer, which they thought Valiant was.
"Please the hurt us we were just fooling around."
Yeah, man, you know how this paupers are."
"They're the dread of our society"
He couldn't believe what he was hearing the hooligans to them this was practical joke. Valiant took in all the damage the three hooligans did in the shelter. Most of the makeshift homes were destroyed, some of the homeless had broken legs and arms and a few We're hanging to dear life.
In a thunderous roar Valiant gave Nidoking his last order.
"Nidoking, Take out the three with flamethrower!"
Nidoking Didn't hesitate and unleashed another steady stream of fire turning the three hooligans into ashes. Some of the homeless cheered, while most stood shock place watching the three hooligans just die.
Recalling Nidoking and storing him into his pocket space, Valiant knew he couldn't stay in the shelter anymore. The authorities will apprehend him for killing three people, he quickly withdrew Pidgeot and flew out of the area.
Midflight Valiant stored away his jacket and hat, leaving him with a white T shirt and blue jeans Making himself less recognizable. He arrived at the center of Celadon City And rented a three star hotel that he almost wanted to go in.
