Chapter 64: Chapter-63: Interdimensional travel!
He was going to the world of MHA!
At first, the decision may seem stupid to about everyone, considering that their was no advantage to MHA compared to other world, but it had very significant advantage compared to other worlds.
First of all, It was relatively easy to conquer alone.
Other worlds such as DxD, DBZ, Tensura had far too many entities that could easily defeat Kazuya with sheer amount of power and no skills at all.
Second, the skill level of his opponents will be somewhat consistent and not erratic.
There will be less skill spammers and more skilled users above that. Other worlds such as DxD or Tensura, has it's own skilled users but most, if not all of them rely on overwhelming power to boot, so it's more or less useless.
Third, Kazuya's plan was to learn how to combat the strong as a relatively weak person while handicapping himself.
Kazuya does know that Otsutsukis too rely on power overwhelmingly, but he still wants to improve all his skills to absolute maximum so that he can defeat stronger opponents and not just spam system for power ups all the time.
Just some pretty words, hopes and perseverance isn't going to cut it. He isn't a shounen protagonist.
This is the also reason he is currently transforming Naruto world so he can harvest another chakra fruit 1000 years later, with experience of the whole shinobi world with a couple of Otsutsuki that Naruto and Sasuke would've defeated.
Fourth, the world of MHA was supported by council of audience-
Author: Shut the f*ck up and do your job. No need to break fourth wall. No one wants to see you, they want to see the story as well as Kazuya.
The narrator of 3rd POV heard Author but decided to ignore him, because no one gives a flying f*ck about his opinion and no one tells Narrator-sama what to do.
Author: I will cut your salary.
Narrator-kun is sorry and now he will stuff his dialogues up his *ss and continue with the story.
*whispers* Stingy motherf*cker.
Author: I heard that and I will really replace you if you didn't shut the f*ck up and started reading.
Yeah whatever.
Anyway.
Fourth reason was quirks. The level of power that quirks gave was ridiculously high and the sheer potential was insane.
Some quirks could freely control matter, time, cause and effect etc. as well. Such types of powers were ridiculous in itself. Kazuya planned to take all of them for himself and then harvest a chakra fruit here.
After shinju tree harvested the chakra fruit, he put it inside his dimensional space after sealing it in a bottle of beer. It will be easier to just use the shinju first on this world and dump it back to his little zetsu after he is done with this world while he collects quirk for himself individually.
While Shinju may collect the quirks for him as genetic matter is also collected by shinju, he didn't know what sort of effect that chakra fruit would have. It was also mentioned in MHA that possessing too many quirks make you dumb like Nomus. Otsutsukis may have a higher limit than humans, but somewhere, the line must be drawn and studies must be done.
Better safe than sorry.
After traveling through the dimension, Kazuya came outside of the portal, he was inside an alleyway.
[10,000,000 points consumed. System points-17,000,000 system points remaining.]
Kazuya just ignored the message and came outside the portal.
His heart was thumping a little. While he may have been a somewhat of a villain, power collecting bastard who doesn't care for anyone other than himself and is scum and whatever is wrong with our society-
Author: That's it. I will take over the Narration, you are fired.
Please NO! I- I have 20 kids to feed! Please! My wife died while she was being born!! please don't fire me!
Author: Outta my face.
Ah....So where were we?
Oh yes.
While he may have been somewhat of the Big bad guy who consumes worlds, he still missed the modern society a lot. Being able to freely go wherever you want without someone to attack you...He truly missed this feeling.
He floated up in the sky as to get a little perspective as to where he was.

(Kazuya POV)
It was the city I could recognize at a glance at any day.
It was Yoyogi, Shibuya city, Tokyo.
I used to live here.
It's also close to Shinjuku city, where I picked up girls to f*ck every sunday.
Wannabe foreigner girls visited this place and they weren't really sharp and let me hit after a couple of drinks down.
Sloppy as f*ck but a good part of them were virgins as well. Made me feel a little bad after Post nut clarity hit but I'd still hit it every week. Needless to say, my libido wasn't exactly tamable.
It felt a little nostalgic to come here back but I didn't want to waste any time.
I quickly came down and touched a few bypassers' souls to get more information while under henge of a normal japanese child. I was aware this was japan...but I noticed a really interesting sight in the corner of my eye. I could see a strange chunk of land, I didn't even know about my entire life and some more cities that I didn't know about. It was strange to see changes like this.
After assimilating their memories, I found out it was the Musutafu city, near Shizuoka prefecture.
All might was rising in prominence.
Other heroes were gaining popularity as well.
"If I am not wrong, this must be the year or two before the future batch of 1-A must be born. They were fairly strong and competent. Not that I know any other information about others so I can compare. I'd rather reincarnate in All might's or Aizawa's times but it's not possible right now. I don't have any ideas on that generation's competitiveness and I am not going to waste my chakra exploring the timeline, knowing the future completely, essentially wasting this journey's purpose." I said to myself as I started to the scan the surroundings by sensing the chakra.
The result for it was...interesting.
Instead of chakra signatures and the like, sensing them was...different.
Some had a cold feeling, some had a hot feeling, some felt natural, some felt artificial, some felt that they were withering away, some felt as if they were blooming with life etc.
I wasn't able to describe the feeling.
It's as if I could tell what was what.
After nearly 20 minutes of scanning and singling out and couple more soul information, I was finally able to spot my target.
Rei Todoroki.
She was walking along two of her children, smiling while carrying another baby in a trolley, to her home.
I was to somehow reincarnate through her, to receive decent power to fight. She was the perfect candidate I could find.
I could also find out someone else, but it was preferable to have a candidate like her.
Becomes mentally unstable in a couple of years and leaves, family issues and rich in general. I could properly focus on getting stronger and maybe relax a little.
Endeavor would be a problem but it's nothing too crazy. He'd be funding my little trip in this world, if anything.
Now...We wait and get more information on her before I start to act.
