Chapter 34: Unanswered questions
Anna opened her eyes when she heard her name, the tears in her eyes were making her vision blurry, her parted her lips and took a deep sigh before she felt her vision getting more blurry, she felt her soul clinched, her mind was going through different thoughts
*Fainting sounded like a really good idea. If I fainted, I'd be unconscious, so I wouldn't have to feel anything anymore, nor would I have to feel so dizzy and weak. Then maybe when I woke up, all of this would go away and I'd find it was all just a bad dream.*
The mist started to turn dark around the edges and she felt her self drowning deep in the water
*her name* that was the last thing she heard before everything went black
"Anna... Anna!?"
Zain was kneeling down, he called her name before he put his hand on her back, her body was slowly bending forward, she was about to drop down when Zain clenched her In his hands,
before he could ask anything, that why she was here at this late-night, why she was groaning painfully Anna left her body collapsed in his hands
"Anna!.. Anna!"
Zain tried to get her back her senses but it was no use, he got up picking Anna up in bridal style before he made his way to his car.
Zain was sitting on the driving seat while Anna was laying in the back,
now he was not sure where to go,
Zain already knew about her situation that she has just fainted and there is nothing serious, but he didn't know where to drop her off, he didn't know her address, the first person who came to his mind was Noora, maybe Noora knows her address, but he didn't have her number
"Let's just call Sherry!"
After calling eight-time his bother didn't pick up any of his calls, taking a deep breath he looked back at her
a lifeless body, now he had no option but to bring her with him.

Why do you look confident yet afraid of everything?
I want to understand you but I can't!
why am I even taking interest in you?

I don't remember the reason!
Zain was sitting at the edge of a bed
gazing the girl who was laying down soundlessly, some dried tears plated on her pale skin, her close eyes, her parted lips, she looked calm yet sorrowful,
looking at Anna, Zain was lost in his thoughts, he didn't realize that he was looking at her unconscious state for the last two hours
Zain got up glancing at her the last time, he didn't wanted to leave, he felt calm and peaceful looking at her, but at last he had to go, leaving her alone in the dark room with the only moon light coming from a high window, he left the room

Feeling a cool wind blowing on her face Anna opened her eyes, the white ceiling in her sight was blurry, she shut her eyes and turned her face to the side,
a large window a bit open from where the fresh air was blowing, she sat up and run her gaze to this unfamiliar room, a huge photo frame was hanging on the wall and surprisingly it was empty, the room looked newly furnished, gathering her strength she stepped down from the bed and her gaze landed on a huge wall mirror,
she looked at herself without any emotions on her face, the mud on her clothes, her white pants which aren't white anymore, her hair, everything was messed up, turning her graze to that massive window she made her way towards it with her slow steps
She stood in front of the window which shows that glorious sea, waves were passing over one another, the cold wind blowing on her face making her face visible from the strands of her messed up hair, she closed her eyes and took a deep breath inhaling the morning freshness, the sun hasn't risen yet the faint light on the cloudless sky, maybe it's something five in the morning,
Anna just stood there looking at that glowing sea,
But the main question was what she was doing there?
Who's house was that?
How did she end up here?
Why didn't she remember anything?~
