Chapter 3: What a swarm of animals!
"To start the opening of this new school year, I will first appease all the honorable female students who are already studying at Hachimitsu Academy or who have just joined today."
All eyes were drawn to the appearance of a tall and lithe young woman standing behind the podium, with back-length black hair that has two front shoulder-length hair strands hanging in the front and bangs swept to the right side.
As she looked around the room at everyone present at the ceremony hall today, her blue eyes seemed to be speaking to them. The new classmen who saw her for the first time fell in love with her beauty, and her aura of confidence and charisma won many people's hearts.
"Regarding the nonsense regulations proposed by the principal unilaterally I, Mari Kurihara as president of the Underground Student Council, apologize for failing to prevent them."
Even though Mari's words perplexed many people, particularly the new students, they finally understood what she meant when they saw the strangeness that had been plaguing their minds for a long time.
Many people looked to the middle of the room, where a group of new students stood, without realizing it, but what really surprised them was that only 5 of these people were males out of the 1021 students currently enrolled there.
Several upperclassmen looked at these five male students suspiciously, and while the majority of them were disgusted and condescending, there were some who had different thoughts. One of them was a female student who couldn't take her gaze away from the male student who had spoken to her earlier at the entrance gate.
"Alright, because this is the fault of the old people who try new things but don't care about the welfare of you all, I, as president of the Underground Student Council, promise to always protect you, and if these beasts make you uncomfortable, you can immediately report it, and we'll take care of it."

Mari's speech was impolite and deviated from the standard speech that should be given during a welcoming ceremony for new students, but many people applauded her regardless.
It was finally the principal of Hachimitsu Academy's turn to stand on the podium, and from the start until now, he looked calm, as if he didn't care about the hateful looks his own students gave him, and he could even give a speech smoothly like every year. For a time, many people forgot what Mari had said.
While the event was still in progress, teachers and staff introduced themselves to the new students. Backstage, a tall young woman with glasses and gray hair tied in a bun approached Mari and handed her a handkerchief and a drinking bottle.
"Good job Mari, as usual you look absolutely brilliant."
Mari just smiled as she listened to her friend's praise, but she soon pointed at the woman and said, "Meiko, watch your appearance in public, you're sweating too much again."
This woman with big breasts and a voluptuous body is Meiko Shiraki, Vice-President of the Underground Student Council and arguably the second most famous person after Mari.
Mari walked over to her before Meiko could say anything and wiped her sweaty face with the handkerchief in her hand. She was surprised that no matter how many times she wiped it, Meiko's sweating didn't stop but instead increased.
"Umm… L-Let me do it myself."
"Is that what you want."
Mari returned her attention to the stage, but Meiko, who was standing behind her, was doing her best to calm her ragged breathing. Her hands didn't even stop shaking as she wiped her cheeks, neck, and cleavage, which collected more of her sweat.
"Oh, by the way, where is Hana?"
Meiko's reflexes immediately straightened her spine before she responded solemnly, "she said she wasn't feeling well, so she was resting in the infirmary."
"I'm sure she's just lazy, she doesn't like attending events like this."
Meiko nodded in agreement, and when there was nothing else to say, she spent her time observing Mari, her every move caught in her gaze, and before she knew it, the welcoming ceremony for the new students was over.
Thunderous applause filled the room, accompanied by music with a sad melody, but it brought a sense of excitement that gradually enveloped each new student about their next three years at Hachimitsu Academy.
Seeing all the students slowly leaving the room, Mari and Meiko, who were standing at the door, were sharing their opinions when a group of 4 male students passed by them. When their gazes were fixed on Mari's beautiful face, especially Meiko's big breasts that wouldn't stop bouncing, they all seemed to be drawn together like a magnet.
"What a swarm of animals! I can't wait to make them all regret enrolling in Hachimitsu Academy," Mari said as her gaze became cold. Meiko next to her could only remain silent, her gaze fixed on someone, and when she found the person she was looking for, the corner of her mouth slightly raised.
"What do you see?"
Mari was confused by her friend's unusual behavior, but when she noticed a male student walking alone past them, she realized why. The man continued walking while lowering his head, seemingly unaware of the two of them.
"Come on Meiko, we have a lot to do!"
After ensuring that no students remained in the ceremony building, the two of them walked away to the special room designated for their Underground Student Council.
