Chapter 7: SAME?
Cufens POV
I don't know why I am smiling like a stupid after knowing his name but one thing I know for sure is that he's different he is making me fall for him, but slowly he's saving me too and never show off about that and I always wanted a guy like him, he is just different. Being around him makes me feel safe though I don't like him but with him, I feel full suddenly.
I heard someone calling my name "Cuifen" I turned back and saw Deming I stopped and started smiling, he was coming running towards me, he was sweating bad but was looking hot at the same time he was wearing a skin fit T-shirt and shorts. I could see his tidies and was almost drooling, I was so lost that I didn't realize that he was near me, he flicked me and said "here your phone I guess you will be needing it to look young because that keypad phone is not even used by old people now" I am really embarrassed and angry at same time "hey MR listen 1st of all its none of your business what phone I use and 2nd thank you, but I forgot it because of you, you scared me this morning sir now better go before I get even more angry." He replied, "ok then I am taking back this phone, and please learn to be grateful to people." His words did really hit me hard this time, and I thanked him instead of talking back and took my phone and left.
Back at home I gave that old phone back to my mom and thanked her and went in my bedroom I changed my clothes and as I was going to sleep I heard a knock I commanded "come in" My mom brought me a glass of milk I got surprised and asked "what is this for?" She replied "I thought you might be hungry, so" I smiled and thanked her, she replied "I am really happy today." "Why mom?" "Because after so long you are being grateful to me, it's rare when you say thank you, and today you said it twice, and I hope you start eating again with us like in the past" With this she left.
What I heard was something that I don't want to expect, but that's true after becoming an adult I am changed either I am always at work or outside. I have stopped being grateful, I have stopped saying thank you, please and sorry and worst of all I don't look after mom and dad for whom I am working this hard I have really messed my life I should change and start being kinder like before.
Deming's POV
After returning home I went to my bedroom, I saw a phone lying, curiosity got the best of me, I opened the phone and saw 50+ missed calls from mom on lock screen. I saw her, I saw that flicker girl that cute little girl who is always ready to fight anyone around her and I remember something she was using a keypad phone today I chuckled, changed my clothes and ran towards her home to return her phone.
I know her home because we are teammates now, I knew her name too but didn't let her know this. While running down I saw her as usual walking lost in her own world I shouted her name and she turned back for the 1st time I saw her smiling this brightly her eyes were shinning, her cheeks were red and there were wrinkles near her eyes showing that smile was genuine.
I stopped and flicked her head and said "here take your phone I guess you will be needing it to look young because that keypad phone is not even used by old people now" I was feeling like a savage king now, but she was looking angry, and she replied "hey MR listen 1st of all its none of your business which phone I use and 2nd thank you, but I forgot it because of you, you scared me this morning sir now better go before I get even more angry." I got pissed by her and said "ok then I am taking back this phone, and please learn to be grateful to people." I could see no expressions now on her face, suddenly she took her phone and thanked me and left. She is really mysterious and this is making me fall for her, I have never felt this way before around anyone it feels like I was waiting for her, she's making me do those things I never did say those words I never tried to and made me feel something I never felt she's making me fall in love with her.
