Chapter 2: family and shock
Moving towrds the light I felt a pull and with a smooth motion I I was held up by a gaint pairs of hands.Its a boy.....again.
I am a nice English lad, who's youngest sibling, the only girl in the family, happens to have a gigantic crush on a celebrity kid by the name of Harry Potter. Oh, and you swear by 'Merlin', the parents wave magic wands about, and your older brothers have either graduated, or are still going to, Hogwarts school of magic.
If in case you've hurt your head, and still haven't figured out which Universe I was reincarnated in-Hello, my name is Ronald Bilius Weasley.
Before anyone gets the idea to ask-Did I remember my birth? Thankfully, gratefully, no. Hell, the first time my old self decided to check back in, was when I was in the garden I was flinging one of the nasty little critters high and out, when I misstepped and fell, skimming my knee. While I was staring at the oozing red mess, I was grateful that at least I hadn't been hit by a car this time around.
What? Confused, I glanced up and around. The memories of the cars I had to get for that injury took me by surprise-Cars? When? We were Wizards, not Muggles! A simple wave of a wand-like my mum did all the time-and all fixed! And when did speeding cars become the norm?
It was like that for a few days afterwards . . .Pieces of my former life hitting me at random times, in no particular order. Ugh, one reason I got away with acting punch drunk and partly insane, was that-well-it was the Weasley's household we're talking about here. Molly was screaming a lot, and chasing after the twins most of the time. Arthur seemed to be in some kind of fugue state-Given Molly's established method of catching a husband, and keeping the poor sod in matrimonial hell, it seemed likely Arthur was suffering the effects of Molly's potions. The twins were having a grand time wreaking havoc and chaos at home, and in the neighborhood. Percy consumed a great portion of his free time practicing his holier-then-thou mannerisms in front of a mirror, hoping to uplift himself from the Wizarding's World equivalent of trailer trash. Dearest sister, Ginny, was mooning over her Harry Potter collectibles. Bill and Charlie, the lucky sods, were out of the country, and had their own concerns.
End result, that until I got everything organized in my head, I went unnoticed and ignored-Well, mostly ignored. There was this fast moving glob of brown slime that kept trying to sneak into my underwear. I retrieved a pair of Molly's panties from the laundry hamper, and settled the glob there-I think the walls came close to collapsing after Molly hit and sustained a volume I don't recall her ever reaching before. The twins, right in front of that impressive aural wave, lost their hearing for nearly twenty-four hours.
Needless to say, being a ten year old Ron Weasley was about as desirable as a scabby dog with fleas. But since being dead or in limbo was a lot less fun, I took on a let's-see-what-I-can-salvage attitude. Normally, at this point, when someone discovers they're a reincarnated soul, there's usually this overwhelming desire to meddle in the establish story-Be the hero, save the hero, get a tasty harem together (Crap! I'm only ten!), get rich (that one can I get behind), be popular, the life of the party, blah, blah, blah.

So, what to do . . .what to do . . .I tossed and turned for a few nights before my absolute condition kicked in. It was than that I realized and what kind of powers I had I asked for absolute condition and max luck. that is where things get tricky you see giving a baby absolute condition right from the start is like fitting a nuclear power engines to a bike not a good thing so the voice that what I will call him set limiters in body by dividing it into 4 phases of conditions
Peak Human Condition - User is at the highest mental and physical condition that a human can reach.
Enhanced Condition - User's mental and physical condition is beyond the peak human limits of their universe, but not to high superhuman levels.
Supernatural Condition - User's mental and physical condition is blatantly more powerful than other people of their universe, reaching into high superhuman territory.
Absolute Condition - The ultimate type, the user has no limits to their mental and physical abilities.
so right as I turned 6 my first lock got opened and I was peak human existence mean I was fit form the norm I had great physical and mental health but still could not get past life memories back because it was not humanly possible .
Due to my peak human power I had magical ability of 7th year hogwart students and would not get tired or sick easily so all the manual jobs were done by me which I got some money from I collected to get them to get a good start in the a business plan.
I had so I asked my parent to take me to london but they said due some ministry work dad could not go I had to stay home for some time. I was depressed that when I got the second lock opened enhanced condition with it my physical amd magical abilities were on par with Headmaster of Hogwarts Albus Dumbeldoor only my magical level as I have only read books up to 4th year beacuse Percy hords all his book like a hound and I cant afford to by them.
lets talk about magic for now(spells specifically)
what are spells? you ask well Normally, spells require four main factors to be properly accounted for in order to succeed: wand movement, incantation, concentration and intention. If one does not move their wand in the correct way, does not speak the incantation properly and/or cannot retain their concentration and/or desired outcome in their imagination during casting then the spell will fail or backfire.
It should be noted that spells can be performed with or without speech and wands, though non-verbal and wandless spells are much more difficult and hence are usually not taught to practitioners until they reach a more advanced level, such as the sixth year of study at Hogwarts. Notable practitioners of non-verbal spells include Albus Dumbledore, Lord Voldemort, and Severus Snape, who have also been known to perform wandless spells.
Most incantations derive from the Latin language (such as Accio) but there are also some English incantations (such as Obliviate or Stupefy). It could be that, in other countries and wizarding territories, that spells with an English incantation or another incantation other than Latin-based, could be used in other languages, as long as wizards use the same wand movement, concentration and intention.
A simplified analogy for the differentiation between Transfiguration and Charms is the difference between form and function or matter and energy; one is concerned with what the object is (its form - Transfigurations) whilst the other is concerned with what the object is doing (its function - Charms).
But having enhanced condition I can now do all the charms and transfigurations .As for wandless and chantless well being underage those are the things I did already. But the most awesome thing is that I got due my powers is "I AM HANDSOME"
