Chapter 1: The beginning of the end
This is it isn't it I think as I lay there on the cold floor, blood spilling out of my wound. My thoughts on my life were that it was pretty average. I had few friends and an office job. Of course this was until I was stabbed by my closest friend. I still don't know why he did it and if I could, I would do anything to make sure I didn't end up dying.
I believe I was a good person. So that's why I didn't understand why all of this happened and why to me. I didn't understand what I did to deserve all this torture and pain. When I was first brought into the system after my death I was naive and believed that everything was amazing and that the system was here to guide and help me but little did I know that everything that it told me was a lie and that I was making my own fate into a nightmare.
After my 10th mission was when I realized that every time I transmigrated I had a tragic ending one was always worse than the other. Each death more painful and devastating. I asked the system but all it said was that that was the fate I deserved, I still didn't understand back then. So in my 11th world I tried to break free of control but that was unless and each time I tried a painful shock came into my body and caused me to feel pain that was worse than death. So when I came back from my 1000th world I was surprised that the system wasn't there. There was no cold voice controlling me and telling me what to do. That was when in what felt like centuries I felt a little happy, finally a little free after centuries of torture.
