Chapter 18: The Trio's ideas
After that day, i was a little angry. Not that i held anything against the trio, but i didn't like this house rivalry. So i spent the rest of the month training alone, training with Malfoy, again training alone and then studying a little.
Before i knew it was the end of the month and i was over with the dueling training.
Rainy- so, i don't have anything else to practice, and you have already paid the debt. This will be the last duel.
Malfoy- sure... i mean, finally! Let's get this over.
Rainy-(what is this... a tsundere?? i hope not...)
Then we begun the duel. I used expelliarmus and he used protego. He only used it because this was how they always begun and it was automatic. Then he used expelliarmus and i defended with protego. After this the duel officially begun. I used aguamenti, and when he jumped back to dodge getting wet, i used another expelliarmus. He couldn't dodge, so he tried to use protego, but wasn't fast enough.
Malfoy- damn! Even on the last duel i can't keep on...
Rainy- well, we are first years after all... we only know expelliarmus and protego (i do know more but...) so it's kind of difficult to fight. Anyway as i told you before, i won't be practicing more dueling for now. So i'll tell you as a good bye, that being fast physically can be very advantageous if you find yourself on another situation like before. You could have dodged to the sides if you were a little faster.
Malfoy- i already know that! i'll win against Potter with these spells.
Rainy- maybe, but i'll tell you that you think more of that surname than Harry itself. He's not the heir of the Potters but just Harry.
And after that i left the room to get a good rest day.
[Some Saturday on April.]
I was sleeping inside my trunk on the common room, because i can, and because lately, sometimes i just woke up and felt that i had to do exercise. It's weird but i feel that i have a lot more energy inside me. But then someone knocked on the trunk, and knowing who was(because it was already night...) i said
Rainy- no one's home!
Hermione- please Rainy, we need help!
Rainy-(...what will they be up to now? It can't be the trapdoor... Ron is still injuried... how did he get injuried?) ok! I'll hear you.
With that i went out of the trunk and saw that Hermione and Harry were waiting with the invisibility cape.
Rainy- so... what great adventure now?
Hermione- getting a young dragon from Hagrid's hut to the astronomy tower. Malfoy knows we are doing this, and we have like an hour...
Rainy-........ i- i-...whatever, i'll just play along.
Hermione- you will? Thanks!
Rainy- of course i will, it was you who asked... let's get going, if the leader wants, of course.
Harry- yes, let's get this over.
And that we did, it was fairly easy to get to Hagrid's hut and, oh boy that dragon... it's a shame i couldn't wait until it was older to fight him... but we had to do this, i guess? Anyway we went to the astronomy tower and it was just in time. Some guys on brooms came and took the dragon from us.
On the way back Harry seemed to forget the invisibility cape, and got caught with Hermione. I didn't because i couldn't fit on the cloak when we were transporting the dragon, so i was behind them on the way back too. But it didn't matter because when filch took them away and i tried to come back to my room, McGonagall was on the entrance to our common room. I guess waiting for us. And it worked for me...
So now we had detention with Hagrid on the Forbidden Forest. Filch picked us up and i saw that Malfoy was also there. We all went to Hagrid's hut and he told us that we had to investigate on the forest today.
Malfoy- The forest!? i thought you were kidding! We can't go there, there are... werewolfs!
Hagrid- that's not the only thing. You better keep the eyes open 'kay?
Rainy- don't worry Draco. I've been inside the forest a lot of times and the worst are the acromantulas. Really fast and dangerous, but pretty easy to kill.
Hagrid- you've entered before and killed Aragog children? You might be on danger...
Rainy- nah, i'm on a peace treaty with Aragog. It's children won't attack me and i don't destroy the trees on his part of the forest.
Harry- you destroy the trees?
Rainy- what did you think i use to test my new skills?
Hermione-... we should get moving right?
Hagrid- oh yeah, let's go.
After some time searching Hagrid told us that we are searching for a wounded unicorn, and that we had to be careful because it was a possibility that the one that wounded it was still on the area. After that we separated on two groups, i went with Harry and Malfoy on a direction, and Hermione, Hagrid and Fang went on the other.
Malfoy- i can't believe they are making me do this!
Harry- anyone would say that you are scared, Malfoy.
Malfoy- what!? of course i'm not scared... sca-
Rainy-on-a-mask- BUH!
Malfoy/Harry- AAAaaahh- what was that for!!??
Rainy-without-a-mask- please, you both are really scared, hahaha...
Malfoy- you... wait, what is that
Then we found the unicorn, but it seems that we also found the one that did it, feeding on the unicorn's blood. I knew what i had to do so i casted expulso on him, to what he responded by stoping eating and dodging to my right. He seemed to be floating, and Harry and Draco were frozen.
Rainy- If you guys have time to be scared, run to get Hagrid!!! GO!!
That awoke Draco who just ran for his life. But Harry was yelling, it seemed that his scar was hurting. Then the phantom figure got closer, taking a wand, and pointed at us.
Rainy- yea sure, like i'll let you do someting Command! Magic! Fira!
And with that, a fire circle surrounded him before burning all inside the circle in a fire column. Then i rushed where Harry was
Rainy- hey, Harry, you ok?
Harry- yeah, i thi- Ahhhhh!!!
Rainy- again?
It seemed that the fire did nothing. The phantom figure used his wand and a green light appeared. I knew that it was dangerous so i pushed Harry to the side and defended with protego. It shattered my protego, but stopped there, i didn't know what else do, and i was going to conjure my rapier when a centaur saved us. He told us that we were facing Voldemort, and that he would take us with Hagrid, so we followed him. What a fun day when i follow the trio's ideas.
