Chapter 1: Awakening
"Ahhhhh.... make it stop." In a pitch black room cries of young boy screaming as if he is going through unbarable pain sound out.
"Hmm...ni-chan whats happening, are you in pain. Let me me go get father." The last thing he sees is the frame of a sickly looking five year old boy quickly opening the room door that leads out into an illuminated corridor. Due to this enough light shines into the room to allow him to see his surroundings which he finds vaguely familiar and nostalgic before it all goes to black.
Two days later, south cross monastery for boys
Under the sakura tree on the eastern lawn out front the monastery one can make out the silhouette of a young boy approximately five years of age in padmasana or commonly known as the lotus position.
*Exhaling after a deep breath*
The young boy opens his eyes with a calm look on his face but if you look deep in his eyes you that exude the wisdom of a man who has been through the test of times.
"The first time i had to get in this position it took two week before i could sit comfortably and clear my mind, but now thanks to this young and flexible it took me only two days."
The boy stands up out of the pose and does some light stretching until hears his name being called by someone. "Rin breakfast is ready." To which he replies "Coming now old man."
As he makes his way inside he starts to think back on the events thank took place and couldnt help but inwarldy sigh. " I feel incomplete. I can clearly rember all experience from my 'previous life' such as what i watched on tv, skills and other knowledge but i cant recall names, faces and emotions it all feels mechanical.
I also had to be reincarnated into one of the most stupid anime's in term of plot development. Rin had so much potential but completely lacks even the smallest iota of self preservation. His survival hanged completely on the robustness of his plot armor.
I refuse for my life to be anything like his was. Im gonna make full use of this body's potential and knowledge from my previous life. I am not only going to become strong but also have fun beacuse despite the horrendous plot the world development was simply amazing and i cant wait to explore what it has to offer. Maybe i could even become a paladin, unofficially obviously dont want to be tied down by the church.
But first breakfast."
As he walked into the dinning room and sees the younger version of faces from his memory he gives a genuine smile and once again reafirms his decision to live his life to the fullest.
