Chapter 8: Mr.Cadwell!
I sat in front of the dining table very annoyed. The good mood in the morning was ruined Because of Steve's very annoying attitude. I ordered a lot of food, more precisely all types of food menus in this place I ordered and now it is served right in front of my face.
I took a spoon and tried to eat everything on the menu one by one. What a fool with Steve's eyes that have been staring at my face for a long time. Seeing his flat face and unfortunately very handsome, made me want to eat more. The hunger in my stomach is getting crazier.
"Miss, are you sure you're going to finish all this?" Steve asked in a low voice.
"Yeah!! If you're grilled right now I'll eat you up. I'm so hungry when I'm near you. So don't say anything! Before I cut your throat." I said loudly, he was already clearing his throat and holding his own neck. I know he must not have thought that his boss could be this bad and this bad.
When I was busy eating all the available menus, the ringing sound of the cellphone made me immediately look at the cellphone. Seeing the name listed, of course I immediately took the phone quickly and picked up the call.

I immediately hung up the phone, because I was annoyed with what my brother said. I put the phone back on the table, then began to continue my busy life for lunch. Even though I know it's not lunch time yet, Just like what Steve said.

The sound of an incoming message sounded in my ear, I thought it was a message from my cell phone. But it turned out that Steve had taken out his cell phone and looked briefly at the screen, before long Steve sighed and put the cellphone back in.
"Could you eat quickly? There's an important meeting you need to attend. It's related to the stock plummeting suddenly because of the News of the Bombing that happened." Steve said Seriously, I heard that of course immediately annoyed.
"Help me eat, I've never seen you eat voraciously and a lot. Are you on a diet?" I asked casually, just wanted to help. because when I looked back at the food that was on the table, for some reason I was horrified. Because it turns out a lot of food.
"I'm not used to eating a lot, preferring to eat a little but enough. Wasting food isn't something I'm used to." there was a satirical sentence from his current words. I know that he must have said that to me on purpose. So that I could see the food in front of me would be wasted.
"Tsk! You're making fun of me." I said annoyed.
"Do you want to finish the food or not? There's still a lot left and it looks decent. If you don't want to finish it, we can wrap it up and distribute it to people in need." Steve told me.
"How can you give food like this to someone else? I've already eaten this." I say.
"Look, out of 30 menus of food here. You only ate 3 menus, that's only a little. What's the rest for? You'd better wrap it up and give it to the Office Boys/girls at the office. Better than wasting it." Steve's words really pierced my heart deeply. Behind his cold and evil demeanor, it turns out that he is still thinking about other good things. Food should not be wasted, because there are still many people out there who lack food.
"Alright, alright.. We'll pack the food I haven't touched." I gave up on what Steve said.
"Good, you're smart." Steve got up from his seat then without realizing it he ruffled my hair in annoyance. He immediately called the waiter to wrap up all the food I hadn't touched. I saw the look in his eyes that sparkled with joy, it seems Steve does have a very good heart.
"Let's just go straight to the car, the food will be delivered to the office. Because now we have to hurry to take care of an important meeting." I nodded in understanding, we walked back together to go to an important meeting. Seeing a different Steve like this made me feel more comfortable working with him. Just a few seconds I was able to put myself in a bad mood for the better.
